Spacious house in Nedlands with a huge backyard and close to UWA, QEII Medical Centre and Stirling Hwy (and plenty of busses). It's an older house with floorboards and only one carpeted area in a sun room. The sunroom is currently used for storage, but has plenty of space for desks etc to use it as a home-office or study area. The bedroom windows all have roller-shutters and built in robes. There's a bathtub in the main bathroom and two separate toilets. There's also a laundry with a washing machine. Cable internet is connected (but additional to the rent). Room 1 is a double-sized room with a huge wardrobe, and can easily fit a queen or king sized bed, chest of drawers, desk and even a bean bag. Room 2 is smaller (hence why it's cheaper), and is technically two rooms. A single bed will fit comfortable in the bedroom, however a double/queen may mean you're climbing over the bed to get to things. The second room has its own external door (if you want your own entrance), or you can use it as a bedroom. Sorry but I can't accept pets (I already have a dog) or smokers.
