The vibe of the place is really relaxed. Our place is a two person unit and is part of a quiet set of units across the road from Claremont Quarter and the Claremont train line. The room available is the smaller of the two and the place itself isn't huge, but it's definitely big enough to call cosy and it's in a brilliant location (especially with summer round the corner). There's a shared shower/ laundry with a bathroom to the side. While the room itself will be available unfurnished beyond the built in wardrobe, the rest of the place is pretty well equipped. We've got Netflix and Kayo, fast internet, and air conditioning in the lounge. I'm looking for a respectful and considerate housemate to fill the room for the remainder of the lease!

As you can see from the photos, it is a bright, airy house with a beautiful native garden. Located in Claremont half a block from Stirling Hwy, it is a very quiet and safe area. Your fully carpeted room is a queen-sized bed with flannel sheets and electric blanket and all other bedding including a pure wool blanket as well as a doona/duvet so it is very warm in the cold weather. You have a large desk with a lamp and the chair has been updated from the photo - it is now a black large padded CEO chair with arms - very comfortable! You have a tv in your room with all free to air channels and there is Apple tv available. Your view out your large window is onto the beautiful garden. There's a very well equipped kitchen which you can use. You share your bathroom with one other tenant. You have an air conditioner in your room for summer. The house is very clean. Breakfast is included and is provided every day, with several kinds of cereal and muesli, fruit juice and there is always a fresh fruit bowl. Delicious homemade bread is always available for breakfast or a snack. There are jams, peanut butter, butter, Vegemite and Marmite to spread on the bread. FREE ENGLISH TEACHING - I am happy to correct your English when you speak and help with written English so that when you leave here you are a confident and high-level English speaker. I have a considerable amount of very successful experience in this area. There is a 24-hour gym - Essence - across the road which has casual memberships and which is very well equipped. It's an excellent location for public transport and nearby places to walk to. UWA is a 10-minute bus ride, a 20-minute bike ride or a 30-minute walk. The buses are frequent and run until midnight. The river is 10 minutes walk away for jogging and walks. Cottesloe beach is 15 minutes by bus or bike. Claremont shopping centre with many shops, a hotel, banks, cafes and post office is 10 minutes walk away. Claremont and Loch St train stations are both 10 minutes walk away. Welcome to Lake life My understanding of a home is that it is a sanctuary. If you like nature then you'll love the endless greenery outside of every door & window, as I live on a lake wildlife can be heard day and night its very relaxing and a good de-stress. The rear courtyard/backyard is soothing and extremely grounding to chill in if you’ve had a stressful day at work unwinding there will make you forget the days dramas. If you're a dog lover like me you'll also enjoy the location as the house is situated in the off lead area. It is where the Swanbourne, Cott, Claremont residents bring their dogs to play. I have a hairless Chihuahua named Frankie he stays with me half the week and somewhere else the other half of the week. Theres a running/bike track around the lake if you enjoy cardio its great to run or cycle around. Theres an outdoor gym to if you enjoy training while overlooking the lake. A bus stop is out the front and in 2 mins you'll be up at Claremont train station, Claremont Quarter shopping centre and all the bars, cafes & restaurants. UWA isnt far, Cott beach is really close too
Our house is a large, fairly old place right near the Loch Street train station. Close to Claremont Quarter and local parks, mostly furnished (minues the bedrooms), lots of parking, plenty of shared common area, would be very good for students attending UWA. Available from early December but flexible on dates.
The property is an ideal for 2 roommates to share. It has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The rooms have large windows which provide loads of natural light. You will have your own parking space in a garage that connects to the living room. There is a small paved yard on one side of the house and on the other side an al fresco area with lots of cover, table, chairs and a top notch barbecue. Room 1: Is the main room being advertised, a spacious 3.4 m x 4 m Master bedroom with ensuite. The built in closet is 3 m wide giving heaps of additional storage space. Just a short 5-10 minute drive from Scarborough Beach. Right next to Innaloo shopping center, 24 hour gyms and every fast food joint you can think of. Ikea is just down the road.

Close to IGA and the bus stop. 15 min walk to uni and to Claremont Quarter. High ceilings and spacious flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a sunroom for laundry or a desk etc. Kitchen is modern and has plenty of space with gas hobs. This house is great. Its modern, well organised and well equipped. Its 2min to the bus, and 5mins to the train station. Two stops one way takes you to Subiaco, and 2 stops the other way to Claremont. You only have to clean your own mess, the cleaner takes care of the toilets, showers, floors and general house cleaning. You are welcome to use the lovely garden spots to sit, the barbecue and pool. The house is air conditioned and in a lovely quiet street with a cul-de-sac at one end and a park at the other. House rules are common sense: respect fellow house mates, and take a normal length shower. There is some off street parking but if its full, cars are quite safe on the street in this very sleepy avenue. Singles only, sorry no couples.
