Small block of units with beautiful gardens, not some ugly high-rise. A balcony that faces due west that gets the amazing sea breeze flow through the space. On the odd hot, still summer night there is aircon in living space and a ceiling fan in room for rent. Also some amazing sunset views from balcony see pics attached

100m m from train station, 300m from a local shopping centre with a supermarket, chemist, post office etc… 100m away from some funky small bars and restaurants , Rodneys Bait and Tackle, O Brother, Samsons Paddock, Tsunami .. again google it… you can walk 1 min to all.

So, my situation is a bit unique. I work away for a month at sea then a month off. On the month off I will travel to Victoria for probs 2 weeks to visit my elderly father. So basically you are getting the whole place to yourself for most of the time. I might be there maybe 13 weeks the rest of this year. There might be a time I spend the whole 4 weeks off at home then the next break the whole 4 weeks away.

I know it may suit some and others not hence the price PW I ask. Don’t be slamming me for it it is what is is. Also this is my home and would want someone that respects that. All yours everything you need is here.

Good luck and appreciate this is not for all, as in some people just want a room and cheap whilst travelling and all good as i have been there myself.
