We have 1 room that have become available in our beautiful beach house in Mosman Park. Peaceful and secure 4 bedroom house with a great front yard , bbq area and patio. Its 800m to the beach, 200m to Coles and shops/bars and right on the Freo train line! Looking for a fun, clean, respectable and professional person to move in. I live with my partner Steph and housemate Luke. Steph and I have our own room and ensuite at the back of the house. Don't worry, we are not the public affection type so there will be no awkward cuddles on the couch whilst we are all hanging out watching tv :) The room is large with new carpet, aircon, big windows with lots of natural lighting. It has 3 huge built in wardrobes with full-length mirror. The main bathroom has just been renovated and all totally brand new with a big free standing bath, huge new frameless shower and lots of room with a new vanity and storage. We all work fulltime, love a few drinks and big cook ups on the weekends and spending quality time with friends and family. We have a dog called bear who can be a little shy but is a big softy and loves a cuddle once he gets to know you! He loves his dog mates so if have a furry friend, this wouldn't be an issue. The house has FOXTEL and that is included. Bills not included in the price, internet, electricity etc can be discussed though. There is a huge new washing and dryer in the house too! You would be sharing with a 47 year old couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. There is a bed and a cupboard and airconditioning, reasonable size but basic. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy (we are getting older damnit) but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river!
