The flat is ideal for professionals/female FIFOs/and mature age students (preferably 2 female students who already know they want to share together - the apartment is very convenient for UWA, Notre Dame and probably with a car, Murdoch as well. The apartment has two bedrooms, if the bedrooms are rented out separately, the larger ($190/wk) has king or queen bed (still not sure!), built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, desk with lamp and chair and bedside tables. Then there’s a slightly smaller bedroom ($160) with a single bed that can convert to a queen with built in wardrobe, desk, lamp and chair. People wanting to rent for 1 year will be preferred, but the minimum contract is 6 mths. Water use and heating for water, as well as basic NBN Internet, is included in the rent. Unlimited Internet would be $35 extra a month - a shared cost between tenants. There’s a bus stop as good as outside the door; bus stops 6 mins away in Stirling Highway; and, Victoria Street station an 8 mins walk. To give some idea re convenience while living in this beautiful location: it's 20 mins by train or driving to Perth; 20 mins by bus (also buses to UWA connect to the train) and 12 mins drive to UWA; 2 train stops to Fremantle; to Notre Dame Uni, 23 minutes door to door by bus, and 20 mins by train door to door. An IGA supermarket is a 2 min drive. Peppermint Grove has arguably the best gourmet food delicatessen in Perth, approx 6 mins drive or hop off at Cottesloe Station. There are fashionable shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby and in the surrounding suburbs. You can enjoy strolling around this older, leafy suburb and just enjoy the lovely houses and gardens. Hey!! Three guys live here, a couple of pilots and a doctor. The beach is 300m away. We have a boat & actively use it. We all love diving, have a freezer full of crayfish, surfing, kiteboarding, camping trips ... and the list of outdoor activities goes on. The lucky housemate will hopefully join us on the boat & get involved in afternoon beers and table tennis hitouts. Happy for a guy or girl! House is fully furnished, except your room. It's a spacious 5 bed house with netflix, a table tennis table, boat and air con in the communal areas. We have a gardener that takes care of the outdoors (don't worry you don't have to chip in for this) We generally organise a cleaner fortnightly, but keep the place pretty clean anyway.
