Hi everyone! If you are looking for a lush green place minutes from the beach for the summer look no further!!! Massive room with ac plus living area on a massive property in quiet mossy park up for grabs! There are two epic males 28 and 25 in this amazing home that you will be joining. We share with our sweet dog-queen Daisy, 2 kittens Cinnamon and Pepper and our 3 laying chickens :) The house is in Mosman Park, with super good vibes and has a big green garden, veggie gardens, a treehouse, lots of living space (2 story) and a huge shed for storage. The available room is upstairs with a large seperate living area that includes a couch and tables if you wish. We are close to the beach, river, a short drive/ride to Victoria St Station, and ten minutes drive from Fremantle in a super abundant and lush area. There is an IGA, cafe, chemist and hairdresser about 150m down the road and a bigger complex with a Coles about 2 k away. The house has super chilled vibes and is far from a party house as neither myself or my roomie are big drinkers, plus we are students/professionals. That said, summers coming and the yard is a beautiful lush place to bask in the sun and enjoy a chill afternoon beer :) pool is also being planned! Room is available asap. It has a large balcony with a bit of a sea view, and incredible trees surrounding you, so you get the nice ocean breeze rustling the trees if you're out having a lay in the sun / reading your book / having a drink. We are in a perfect location 200 metres from the river In Dalkeith where we spend time hanging out, canoeing and boating. We have a 'pet' kookaburra called pidgie who visits daily. Dalkeith has some awesome parks and things to do. Claremont train station and UWA are a short walk or bike ride away. Bus route that goes into the city, uwa and claremont is only 100 meters away. The best part about the location is its peaceful, safe and in an area with no traffic. The house has plenty of character, was built in the 1950s and is on a huge block. We have unlimited internet, plenty of parking and an awesomely large backyard. We have an awesome power boat we take out a few times a month, several canoes and bikes which we share.
