Hey everyone! We are just a short walk from a shopping centre, the train station and Cottesloe beach! Unfortunately, I have to relocate for work, so my room is available in Mosman Park as soon as you need it. UWA and Notre Dame are only a 15-minute drive away or roughly 30 minutes on public transport so it will be a great place for uni students. The room has a double bed and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. There is an additional bill for electricity only. We have unlimited wifi for $20 a fortnight.

Magnificent sunsets, beach and river lifestyle are offered with this attractive 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment in exclusive Mosman Park. You would be sharing with a couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. The room has a queen bed, a cupboard and airconditioning and is a reasonable size. The house is lovely and the views of park, river and distant city gorgeous. Jogs/walks/swims in parks and river literally on your doorstep. Beaches a short bike ride away and all that Freo has to offer. Plenty of off street parking. Bikes and canoe available. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river! Also free eggs from our chickens Finger and Lickin'.

I live in a friendly neighbourhood close to shops, good schools and the town of Fremantle. It is a 10 minute walk to the river and about the same to drive to the nearest beach. The area we live in, Bicton, is a beautiful old area near Fremantle and right next to the Swan River. Our house is walking distance to the river in several locations, with parks and beaches fully accessible. There is a bus stop opposite the house that goes either to the train station into the City (30mins) or to Fremantle (15mins). Great for students going to Murdoch or Notre Dame Universities. The room available is a private room off the main house with it's own entrance. (Lots of Privacy!!) The room has a Queen Bed, bedside table, Lounge Chair, Hanging Space, Drawers, TV with Apple Box including Netflix access and study desk with chair. The $ includes all bills, internet, Netflix and rent. All you have to provide is bedding for the Queen bed suit, a heater if you want one in your room (fans are provided for summer) and your own food. The local Coles is walking distance from the house, along with other fast food/takeaway options. You just need to clean your own room and tidy up after yourself in the main house.
