Hello!
I’m looking for a housemate to join Ellen and me in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Fremantle. We are moving out of our current townhouse and into the apartment in the 7th of February.
The apartment will be furnished, but the bedroom itself is unfurnished. It’s very open and light-filled, located just across the street from the golf course and park, with a café/restaurant downstairs.
There’s a 2-car garage plus plenty of street parking available. The apartment is a short walk to the bus stop and around a 25-minute walk to central Freo, with great local cafés and parks nearby.
I’m a 25-year-old medical student, and Ellen is 26 and works in childcare. We’re looking for a housemate who is 25+, works full-time, is clean, respectful, and takes pride in their space. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so it’s important that you enjoy keeping things neat and living in a nice-looking home. Bonus points if you’re keen for the occasional shared dinner or wine night 🍷✨

About the flatmates
I'm 25, from Brisbane, and moved to Perth at the start of 2023 to study. I love being outdoors, checking out cute cafés, going to the beach, and winding down with a wine or games night. Most of the time you'll find me at uni, working out, or catching up with friends.
Ellen is 26 and moved to Aus 7 years ago from Scotland. She works in childcare, loves a beach day, wine bar and checking out new restaurants. We often hang out together in the weekends/nights and would love someone who’d like to do the same!
I'm pretty house-proud and a bit of a clean freak, so I'm looking for someone who also values a clean, well-kept space.
