The property is a great location, Next to George street, which has bars cafes, fitness. Close to the river. The apartment is secure and gated. Views are amazing you can see the sun setting over the sea. The balcony is sun drenched . Aircon is never needed as the Fremantle Dr is cooling and blows through. The bathroom has a bath / shower. The place is light and airy , seperate laundry room also. Good strorage. I have my own portable wifi, 70 bucks per month cause up till now have lived alone. It’s good coverage as is affordable . We have a room coming up in our beautiful property perfectly located in South Fremantle. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minute walk to central Fremantle, the location is amazing. The south terrace cafe strip is just around the corner and there are gyms, pubs, supermarkets and great public transport links close by. The house is of a very high quality build, reflecting typical Freo architecture. The house itself is made up mostly of professionals, and it is furnished to a high standard. It features air conditioning/reverse cycle in the main communal area, TV, WiFi throughout (being upgraded to NBN in May) and you get to share one of the biggest gardens in Fremantle. There is a huge/shower toilet, a second toilet room, an outside toilet and a second shower in the laundry room. Just outside the main kitchen is an outdoor seating area and there is also a porch out the front of the house to relax. The room for rent can come furnished or unfurnished, and features a very large and powerful ceiling fan. I'm afraid we cannot take any pets and the room is only for a single person (sorry no couples). We have off street parking. Smoking is permitted outside only.

The apartment is pretty nice with a balcony which has views of the river. Close to the Leftbank Pub and Fremantle Centre. The apartment has a homely feel and is in a 8 unit block and everyone in the other apartments are very nice. Smoking on balcony okay. Got WiFi which is on top of bills. It’s $345 a fortnight.

You’d be living with me (casual worker and studying vet nurse!), my dog olive (cutest boy you’ll ever meet) and our lovely friend Bridey! 15 mins from freo 5 from point Walter Ten from garden city or Murdoch 20 from Curtin We’re moving in on Tuesday Bond is $786 total (with two weeks rent in advance) Rent is $116.6 weekly after that :) The room is a large room & well share a bathroom You don’t have to move in right away! & your name doesn’t have to be on the lease immediately either!
The house is quite spacious with an open living dining area and a deck that surrounds the entire house. The room fully opens up on to the deck which is really nice if you're chilling at home. The house itself is quite modern, with a large kitchen and dishwasher. All the rooms have ducted air conditioning. Your room shares a bathroom with one other who is only here half the time. There is a large sporting oval across the road from the house that is good for going for a run on and South Beach and Freemantle are a 5 minute drive away. Heaps of cafes and shops near by, the house has internet and a tv and all that normal stuff
You would be sharing with a couple so they can save for a holiday/pay more off their mortgage. The room has a queen bed, a cupboard and airconditioning and is a reasonable size. The house is lovely and the views of park, river and distant city gorgeous. Jogs/walks/swims in parks and river literally on your doorstep. Beaches a short bike ride away and all that Freo has to offer. Plenty of off street parking. Bikes and canoe available. From previous experience we definately want people who work full time. The houseshares that worked best for us here were with people who were travelling and so didn't bring a lot of extra stuff into house and weren't staying indefinately. I realize this makes us sound a little fussy but like everyone else we think we are pretty easy going. We really don't mind who joins us as long as they work full time and don't bring extra furniture. The location is beautiful so if you don't like us you can ignore us- a drink and the view is excellent company on the porch or by taking our dog (impossible not to like) for a walk along the river! Also free eggs from our chickens Finger and Lickin'.

It is also close to supermarkets and cute coffee shops. The weekend farmers markets are a 2 min walk. 5 mins drive to Fremantle and a 7 min drive to Port Beach. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The house is located at the back of the block so very peaceful with no traffic. There are three bedrooms, one is mine, one will be yours and the third can be used as your wardrobe and shared space to store items. Your room has AC and both a privacy and block-out blind. The room can come with a queen size bed and mattress & chest of drawers if you like ( which can be removed to make way for your own furniture if you prefer of course ! ). There is one (shared) bathroom with a separate toilet. New modern kitchen, laundry, dining and living space all with AC. Plenty of off-street parking, room for a boat, trailer or anything else you have. There is also plenty of storage space in the shed and a lockable storage unit which is attached to the house. The backyard is fenced,secure, large and consists of covered patio with outdoor furnishings and bbq. Room is available from March ( flexible ) and I will consider pets. If you are FIFO we can come to an arrangement in regards to how we can share bills etc :-)
