It’s new house with everything needed , very quiet in lovely neighbourhood, only 50 meters from the bus stop and 300 m from shopping centre, 15 min to Fremantle and 35 minutes to CBD. No pets and No couples please. Females only. Our house will suit best to someone young working on holiday visa as it is very convenient for someone who use public transport.

About the flatmates
We are looking for an addition to our little family as we have room available. Preferably for a long-term, working or studying, child friendly, as we have a toddler , that loves people. Myself : working mum of two: 22 (full-time student in UWA and working, very rare seen 😒) and 5 year old cheeky that goes to school in the week. House in Bicton 3 x 2.5, very quiet, but only 20 meters from the bus stop to Fremantle (10 minutes) or Perth City (30 minutes) . $270 pw + 1/4 bills share, two weeks bond plus one week upfront. We like to keep our house clean and cozy, looking for someone respectful and friendly. ☺️
