The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. Or even if you're not an enthusiast, the garden is so low maintenance but looks extremely beautiful at all times. As well as that, the house comes with a resident cat - Puss Puss. It would be great if you also loved, or at least tolerate living with cats. ALL bills - wifi, water, gas and electricity is included in your weekly rent. We just ask for you to be environmentally friendly and use as little energy as possible

The house is located in Willagee which is 5kms to Freo and 5kms to the Freeway. The house is spacious and is set up for independent living. My house is very secure and you can switch off from the world and totally relax. You will be renting the master bedroom/ensuite, own lounge room, own fridge and outdoor area. (all furnished). Essentially we are sharing a kitchen.
Hi I have a great little house to share in Melville at the moment it's just me and my dog. It's an old house that has been totally renovated so every thing is basically new. The garden is massive and at the moment I'm just starting a bit of a veg patch. The house is located about 10 mins from Fremantle, 15 mins from the beach and 10 mins to the river ( via car) and is also close to shops, cafes and PT. All the bills are included in the rent plus a few other things around the house like toilet paper and dishwasher liquid. I do my best to make the house Eco as possible so I recycle as much as I can and have a compost for the garden. I keep the house pretty tidy as it's is small but I'm not a super clean freak. The room is a pretty good size but will need to be furnished.
Sharehouse with 3 other girls and 1 FIFO dude. We are all busy, like to hang out together every now and then but respect each others privacy and do our own thing too.
