Massive room with ac plus living area on a massive property in quiet mossy park up for grabs! There are two epic males 28 and 25 in this amazing home that you will be joining. We share with our sweet dog-queen Daisy, 2 kittens Cinnamon and Pepper and our 3 laying chickens :) The house is in Mosman Park, with super good vibes and has a big green garden, veggie gardens, a treehouse, lots of living space (2 story) and a huge shed for storage. The available room is upstairs with a large seperate living area that includes a couch and tables if you wish. It can fit a king sized bed, desk and furniture in the room and you will have plenty space in the seperate living area. We are close to the beach, river, a short drive/ride to Victoria St Station, and ten minutes drive from Fremantle in a super abundant and lush area. There is an IGA, cafe, chemist and hairdresser about 150m down the road and a bigger complex with a Coles about 2 k away. The house has super chilled vibes and is far from a party house as neither myself or my roomie are big drinkers, plus we are students/professionals. That said, summers coming and the yard is a beautiful lush place to bask in the sun and enjoy a chill afternoon beer :) pool is also being planned! Room is available asap. Hi folks! We have two rooms going (edit: only one remaining) in our beautiful 5 bedroom share-house in Melville from mid-December. $160 per week each, plus bills. 5 minutes from Fremantle, 10 minutes from the freeway, with great connections to bus routes, nearby shops, and Leach Highway. The rooms themselves are a decent size. Both come with huge integrated wardrobes, and plenty of room for a double bed. One of the rooms has standard height ceilings, the other very high ceilings, otherwise they are basically the same. The house is a new build, with wood floors, white walls, ducted AC in every room, quirky mix of furniture, extensive vinyl collection, fully kitted out common areas, espresso machine and lots of plants! (We like plants).There are two bathrooms. These rooms share the downstairs bathroom, with a separate toilet. There's also a spare room for everyone to use for visiting friends/family, and when not in use (basically all the time) it serves as a study for these two rooms. BONUS! Finally there's a laundry room, sizeable well-kept garden with decking area and a parking area out front plus street parking. Seriously this place is huge. Bond is $750 per room and room is avaliable from 20th November.
Hi I have a great little house to share in Melville at the moment it's just me and my dog. It's an old house that has been totally renovated so every thing is basically new. The garden is massive and at the moment I'm just starting a bit of a veg patch. The house is located about 10 mins from Fremantle, 15 mins from the beach and 10 mins to the river ( via car) and is also close to shops, cafes and PT. All the bills are included in the rent plus a few other things around the house like toilet paper and dishwasher liquid. I do my best to make the house Eco as possible so I recycle as much as I can and have a compost for the garden. I keep the house pretty tidy as it's is small but I'm not a super clean freak. The room is a pretty good size but will need to be furnished.
Great accommodation in a large house with riverside setting. The house is quiet due to good separation of living spaces and would suit a mature person who is working hard or studying. Shared facilities such as kitchen, dining and living have a fabulous view of the river and Fremantle Port. Artistic decor with all modern appliances and open plan kitchen. The property has a pool and barbecue area. Port Beach is only 5 minutes away and Fremantle is in walking distance. This is a no party house and we respect privacy but flatmates enjoy a quiet wine or meal together on weekends.
