Our house is right near the river (Blackwall Reach and Pointwalter a two minute drive, with other parts of the river in walking distance!) Five minute drive to Fremantle, and three minute drive to the Left Bank, Dome and Bicton Baths. The property is on a large block, with lots of garden and a shed. There is also a lot of space for parking. Wifi is available! And we have a barbecue and covered outdoor area which is nice for both summer and winter :)

Awesome little duplex with a decent garden, space for a veggie patch (got a few herbs growing but no veggies at the moment) and we've got a fire pit! We have a fridge, deep freezer, electric stove and a washing machine but no TV or microwave and don't want either! So if you're a heavy TV watcher this isn't the place for you, I don't mind having one to watch movies or series on but really don't want it hooked up to whatever bullshit they show on TV these days! We have one neighbour Tim, who's friendly and quiet and there's plenty of room for a car on the driveway or there's a bus stop directly across the road so excellent location if you don't drive. There's also a woollies two minutes down the road and a farmers market walking distance every Sunday at the palmyra primary school.The room is available now and can be furnished or unfurnished. Bond is negotiable and you will need to put an application in to our real estate. Electricity has averaged about $100 each every couple of months. Hi friends :) We have a room opening up at the end of feb, just in time for the beginning of semester. We're looking for a third housemate (no preference on gender) to join us for the semester and potentially the year. Vibe of the house is chill but social. A bit about the house: 10mins to Murdoch, 15mins to Curtin by car. Bus goes straight to curtin less than 5 min walk from our house. Rooms are on the smaller side but can comfortably fit a queen bed and study desk setup. Social areas are kept tidy but we're not too pedantic about it, you're just expected to clean up after yourself like a normal adult. We have a reasonably social house, there will be friends over most nights however it's always a relaxed vibe and we keep it quiet. We also enjoy hosting parties here and there but we try to be as respectful to our neighbours as possible. We enjoy causing trouble as a household but we also respect that everyone needs their own time and your room is your space, no-one will enter without your permission but we expect the same etiquette.
