The house is in Mosman Park, with super good vibes and has a big green garden, veggie gardens, a treehouse, lots of living space (2 story) and a big shed for storage. The available room is extra large. It can fit a king sized bed, desk and furniture with plenty of floor space left over. We are close to the beach, river, a short drive/ride to Victoria St Station, and ten minutes drive from Fremantle in a super abundant and lush area. There is an IGA, cafe, chemist and hairdresser about 150m down the road and a bigger complex with a Coles about 2 k away. The house has super chilled vibes and is far from a party house as neither myself or my roomie are big drinkers but thats not to say we can't enjoy a drink when its time! Outside patio area includes a BBQ for entertaining. Small 2 story townhouse located in a small complex, but still offers great privacy.
The house is ideally located close to the river, the sea and the supermarket. It is a 10 min walk to the closest train station, as well as to the bus stops on Stirling Hwy. For those of us less inclined to walk, the 107 bus stop is 50-100m away from the house. As well as that, Coles and IGA along with Baker's Delight, Fish and Chips, kebab shops and the liqour store is also a 10 min walk away. The house is a period home, it has high decorated ceilings which are really pretty to look at while you are lying in bed. It also comes with a little, rugged garden, as well as a veggie patch for the gardening enthusiast. Or even if you're not an enthusiast, the garden is so low maintenance but looks extremely beautiful at all times. As well as that, the house comes with a resident cat - Puss Puss. It would be great if you also loved, or at least tolerate living with cats. ALL bills - wifi, water, gas and electricity is included in your weekly rent.
