While this a three-bedroom home, you would only be sharing with myself, a writer and my gorgeous Russian Blue cat. I'm studying. In my spare time I love reading, beach, cafes, films and nature adventures.

The fully furnished bedroom is available within weeks of an agreement. It comes with comfortable queen size bed, cupboard and writing desk.

There is plenty of spaces to share or retreat to. Front porch has views of the leafy front garden. This is an extremely shady garden offering great bird watching opportunities. In the house rear are two courtyard spaces to relax or dine in.

Inside there is a large and enclosed lounge with french doors to one courtyard.

Also an open plan living space inclusive of kitchen, dining and a second lounge which also opens onto another section of the courtyard.

There is also off-street parking.
