A very pleasant, spacious, comfortable 3 x 2 home with off-street parking in a quiet upmarket neighbourhood. Has a reverse cycle aircon in the living/dining/kitchen area which easily warms/cools the whole place. It's social yet quiet space with a peaceful vibe. This is not a party house.
The main bedroom & ensuite have been recently renovated. It's unfurnished but I can furnish if that presents a barrier to moving in.
A storage shed in the backyard takes care of bikes & other sundry items.

I'm the only housemate. Maximum of 2 housemates in the house. Not suitable for couples. Professional mature male who has worked FIFO as a petroleum geologist, business development manager & now as a casual bus driver. The house is a quiet space with a homely vibe. Whilst I like to socialise, I respect & value each other's private space. This is not a party house. I hotspot my mobile for internet access when I need it. Share equally utility bills which are quite minimal.
Into healthy living including a good diet & exercise such as swimming, cycling, parkrun, Manning Park stairs & martial arts. This is a non-smoking non-drugs space. BBQ on the back verandah overlooking the Swan River & ocean. Would suit a male or female in their 30s+ who is working full-time or FIFO.
