The location! You are about 7-10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train and the bus station which allows you to get to Perth CBD within 20 minutes. The ground floor is also nice because it has a reasonable sized courtyard which allows you to chill outside and get some fresh air so that you don't feel trapped. The room you would be staying in is only capable of a king single bed but that is because you have HUGE inbuilt robes for plenty of clothes and shoes storage plus a study nook which all compromises for the smaller bed space. The complex is really cool, there is access to a large pool if you don't like the beach and you do not pay Gas or Water bills only Electricity because the owners pay for them in their strata rates!

The house is in a great location between the city, beach and river with a lovely outdoor area and pool and BBQ to enjoy through summer. The owners of the house look after the garden and pool too. Being a 2 bedroom house, there is lots of space to enjoy and relax in. It a 2 minute walk from the river and 10 minute drive to the beach so its perfect for people who like the water and being outdoors. Its a pretty quiet road so not much noise around.
