Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease at this property. The formal 12 month lease rolled over as of end of February and the landlord has now agreed to allow us to take on a month by month lease (no fixed-term, should you wish to move out you will just need to arrange a lease transfer to a new tenant). All potential new tenants will need to submit a formal application to our real estate agent for approval if my current housemate is happy for you to move in but we have a relatively good relationship with our Agent so should be a pretty easy process.
