Clarinda, Melbourne

I am renting a 2-bedroom detached unit in Clayton South (Clarinda) and have a large room free for $300/wk, all bills & internet (100/20) included. There is a second carport, and a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space. The house is a 30 minute bus trip, or a 10 minute drive from Clayton Campus. It is a quiet residential street with two large parks and many cafes and restaurants a short walk or drive away.

I can offer the room either unfurnished or furnished with whatever basics you may require (bed, bedside tables, lamps), as I have spare furniture currently in storage. The house does not currently have a washer/dryer, however there is a coin laundry just around the corner, or if you would like we can split the cost of purchasing a washing machine. I'm very happy to share almost everything that is already in the house, as long as it's agreed that everything we each brought to the house will belong to the corresponding person at the end of the lease!

Currently this lease runs until the end of August, but will switch to a monthly contract until other arrangements are agreed or we wish to end the lease.
