It's an awesome completely new granny house located near Seaforth shops, close to Manly beach, maybe just about 10 minutes by bus. All buses are within 5 min walk; both to the city, and northern beaches. The house has a small garden with a BBQ and outside chillin' area. We don't have a pool, or Tv, however, there is an air-conditioning/heater available in the lounge room. The house is fully furnished except of the room that is for rent. We are two active girls in their twenties looking for someone easy going. :) It might sound a little bit weird but we do have our morning routine that can be a little noisy if your sleep is not too deep. We like to have a healthy shake made in the blender so it will make some noise - you must be ok with that - this is not going to change ;) Next, we are quite open-minded vegetarian/vegan and prefer healthy and nutrition-full diet. Apart from that, we like to have a glass or two of wine in the evening after the whole day, so we will be talking, laughing, maybe cooking in the common area - kitchen/lounge room. So, be aware of it that this is an amazing HOME for us and we don't set any rules nor cleaning roster. We do these things based on the circumstances, feelings and our eyes. For example: Rubbish bin is full. One person will squeeze there everything and try to close even though it's completely full. Anther one will take it out to the main rubbish, change the rubbish bag and be happy :) We prefer person B. And that is with everything - we are family here, we care and we share. We have three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. And another restroom with the laundry down stairs. Our Kitchen is pretty big, with all utensils included. Our kitchen and lounge is open plan, making it ideal to have people over for drinks or dinner as it's spacious and very chilled feel to it. A HUGE balcony that gets sun from 9AM till around 4PM. We have secure Parking space on the ground floor of our building. It's a 10 Minute (less if you're a fast walker) walk to Mosman Spit Junction- where you'll find a gym, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket and busses every 5-10 minutes to all over Sydney. There is a 7/11 gas station just down the road (2 mins) which stays open 24/7 and two bus stops just outside which take you to manly, the city, Chatswood and other areas on the northern side of the bridge! It's also a 10 Minute walk down to the beautiful Balmoral beach! The apartment is fully furnished though if you have stuff we are open to bring new things into our home!
