Within 5 min walk are bus stops to the city, Manly and further up the beaches. The Seaforth shops, RSL, IGA, butcher and bakery are a similar distance. Clontarf beach and the Spit to Manly walk are close walking distance away as well. THE ROOM The bedroom on offer is furnished with a double bed (bedding included), drawers, clothes rack, mirror and bedside table (room for a small desk if necessary). It is on the north side so it gets the winter sun and remains cooler in the summer (we get a constant sea breeze anyway). We would expect to make any new flatmate comfortable with using the common areas as if it were their own, and have input over how things are done. BILLS Water is included in rent.
