Our town house is in a great position close to the Jetty with each room having a different view. The bedroom available faces the ocean with a view of muttonbird. We have a courtyard with a low maintenance garden, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. The house is airconditioned but we get a nice ocean breeze so it's rarely in use.
