I’m looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. Unfurnished north facing bedroom and you’d have sole use of the main bathroom most of the time (if guests are staying over, they would use it as well). The townhouse is 2 storeys with open plan living/dining/kitchen downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Nice courtyard with BBQ, 3rd toilet and laundry downstairs and there is room in the garage for storing a bike, surfboards etc. The 3rd bedroom will be used as a second lounge / guest room as it has a sofa-bed and has extra storage as well. Electricity, water & wifi are included in the rent, however, if the bills increase substantially you will be asked to pay half. The home is about 5mins walk to the Jetty restaurants or 10mins and you’re on the sand at the harbour. The flat is furnished apart from your room.

It is a quite street and a short walk to public transport. Beaches, shopping and the city center is approximately a 5min drive. The University is approximately a 10 minute drive. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been renovated and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and two fridges. There is a large balcony with a BBQ overlooking beautiful, green mountains. Laundry contains a washing machine and dryer. There are two living rooms with a new 42" and 50" LCD TV. There is Air Conditioning and fans throughout the home. The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, and a 5-min walk to the plaza. The unit is fully furnished you would only need to furnish your room. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $185 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra changes the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my previous flatmate but has happened in the past. I’m preferably looking for someone who either works fill-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy and respectful. Preferably a non-smoker. You will not be on the lease but will be subletting so it will still have to be passed through NSW Real Estate – People with bad tenant history need not apply. The room for rent is the larger out of the two rooms. It has built-in double mirrored sliding door closet. As you can see the room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is.
