There is a main kitchen, patio, living area, laundry and toilet downstairs then the 2 bedrooms upstairs with the shared main bathroom. Street parking available. Your room is converted from a garage to a room. It will be situated with a queen bed, a wardrobe and a bar fridge to yourself.
We are also currently looking after a small doggy named Betty, she’s a Toy Poodle so beware, you’ll be greeted with lots of cuddles and kisses from her haha
To secure your room I will ask for 2 weeks rent up front.

Hi my name is Matilda, I am 25 and love surfing, socialising with friends and love a healthy lifestyle. I work part time in Disability Support and work sleepover shifts occasionally. I have a dog named Betty, she is a beautiful and loves lots of cuddles and kisses. I am currently looking after her for the time being while her owner is travelling.
At the moment it’s just me and another girl who you will meet when you look at the room. We are in and out of the house throughout the weeks, we both keep busy and are very clean and tidy.
