Either on or off street parking is available. There is a bus stop within walking distance if you don't have a car and there is a train station about 5 minutes drive. There are a number of shopping centres within the local area as well. I am looking for someone who is honest, reliable and someone I can trust. You must be tidy and maintain your areas of the house. pretty big house, decent yard, Foxtel and aircon in the lounge room, unlimited wifi through the house but the router is in the garage and the rooms r on the other side of the house so if your going to say lan up a computer u'll need like a 20m cable. ive got a bit of furniture a couple of couches fidge washing machine basic stuff no spare bed but I do have a futon in one of the spare rooms but its not overly comfey. I also have a spare fridge. house rules -pretty much just clean up after yourself and make sure your areas r nice and tidy for real estate inspections (I am not a clean freak) -I'm not really good at meeting new people or overly comfortable around them so until I got to know u I would say please no visitors. -no parties at this house either -no smoking in the house, just go out side -I don't like dishonesty so if u take something of mine like my timtams that's a big no no and probably a deal breaker.
Hi there, We have bought a house and are now looking for someone to take over our Bundamba lease until the 30th of June (the realestate have said that the lease can be extended for a further 6 to 12 months from there). A beautiful, large duplex (3 bed and 2 bath), with a quiet neighbour you never see and a large, fully fenced backyard. Located on a quiet street, near a train station and a short drive from Booval shopping centre. We are looking to move out some time around / after the Easter weekend. There are already 2 indoor cats approved on the lease. The rent is super cheap at $295 per week. There is only a 1 car garage and to be upfront, it is extremely steep and if you have a small car, you will probably have to park on the front lawn as I have been doing.
