Fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom low set rental house. Only two people in total will reside in the house, you and me, along with my indoor cat, so you must be a cat lover.

IMPORTANT
You will be required to be approved by the property manager so will need to pass the usual employment and income checks done by the real estate. You are not the Tenant so are not on the lease however your move in date will be determined by such approval.

You will have two rooms, one is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables. You will have the main bathroom, in addition to a second unfurnished bedroom which you could perhaps use as a home office, gym or gaming room. Our shared lounge, dining and kitchen area is serviced by reverse cycle air-conditioning. Not a party house so would suit a person who enjoys living in a quiet and peaceful environment.

Total of $400 per week, which covers rent and also covers the shared expenses of electricity, gas, water and lawn maintenance. No reduction in rent if you choose to only make use of one of the two rooms as there won't be any other housemates.

I am a female employed professional aged 55 with an indoor cat who is seeking one person only to share rental house. Am not a drinker and enjoy a quiet and drama free life.
