You would essentially have the study to yourself for a vast majority of the time (we may occasionally need to use the printer). There is a decent sized court yard with a large, self-maintained garden, and access to a large paddock is available simply by going through the back gate! We have a small dog who is super placid and friendly, but for this reason we can’t have any more animals.
