Hey there, I am new to the area and looking to sub lease the last remaining of my house in a nice quite street in Wollongong CBD. The house is situated less then 1km from Wollongong city centre, the beach, wollongong train station, shopping complex, grocery stores and has multiple crossfits and gyms within the same vacinity. The house has recently been renovated and has a huge amount of off road parking and a large backyard. The room you see in the photos is the room soon to be available and comfortably fits a queen sized bed, tv unit and two bedside tables. There is also the possibility of extending period of stay greater then 6months if we are all a good match.

The house is super conveniently located near: the CBD, uni, the hospital, Wollongong train station and the best bus routes.
