I'm looking for someone to take my place in a lovely home near the centre of Belconnen. It's easy to find and just a short walk up the road from the Hawker Shops. The house is spacious, with friendly people already living there (as well as two dogs in the backyard), and the rent is $235 paid fortnightly on a Friday, with bills paid evenly by all the tenants. My room is quite spacious too with a built-in-robe with a little desk in the middle. And it has a nice view of the backyard as well. There's also a space out the front for you to park your car, and have guests to park theirs.
Amazing lake views from the huge living area in this 2nd level apartment. Bedroom and own bathroom (not ensuite) available. The bedroom is quite small, you'd fit a double bed ok and would need to bring your own shelving/wardrobe as there aren't any built ins. Living room opens out to a big balcony and plenty of storage. Kitchen is only really good for one person cooking at a time but it's never been a problem in the past. Unfortunately there's no allocated parking available, there is 'visitor' parking that I parked in for 12 months without a ticket but it'd be something to consider. 5min walk down the road to Westfield Belconnen and bus interchange to the city, also close to bike paths leading to the city.

As I will be using the parking space, I put no parking on the listing. However, there is free two hour parking in front of the apartment, and you can basically park on the street from 5pm to maybe 7am on weekdays, and all day during weekends. So if you work 9-5, it shouldn't be a big problem. Alternatively, you could find a vacant parking spot in the apartment complex and perhaps pay a little extra for that.

Atm I don’t have furniture in there other than a queen size mattress but I’m happy to get u a single bed or a bed frame. Oh and a desk😉. Or u can bring ur own stuff if u want. The requirements for u are u MUST be a tidy person and knows how to clean, trust me the last thing I wanna see when I get home from work is dirty dishes and shits laying on the floor.
