It is an old fashioned Perth house, with lovely high ceilings and polished floorboards, on a large block in a leafy suburb, 15 mins from the city (next to Mt Lawley). There is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away and a massive reserve just one street over, awesome for walking and running. One of the best recreation centres in Perth is on the other side of the reserve. It is perfect for couples looking for a place to stay in Perth, with a friendly housemate. A dog or cat is allowed. Room's great, super spacious with a heap of wardrobe space. There's a second room that you can spread into as well, which may suit couples or people who want more space (we'd negotiate extra portion of the weekly rent for this). We've got a pool as well. The rest of the house is massive. We've got decent uncapped Internet, heaps of parking space, and a sweet backyard for entertaining. The best thing about the property is the inner-city, super central location. I worked in the city for a while, which meant an easy 15 minute bus down Charles Street, straight into the CBD. There's all the good shit of Mount Hawthorn and Leederville on one side with Mount Lawley and all the Beaufort Street awesomeness on the other side. Freeway entries are painless as well, if you needed to venture beyond the inner-city bubble.
