Just 6km outside of Geelong city with nearby freeway access. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking - you can find parking right in front of the property in addition to plenty of driveway space to park your car inside the property. You can also park your car inside the property behind a gate for added security if you wish. There are local shops and a gym nearby with an Aldi currently being built just down the road. The house, kitchen, laundry and living room is furnished and has all the necessary appliances as well as roller shutters on the windows to block out light. There is a very large rumpus at the back of the house, and the living room has a gas fireplace. The spare bedroom is empty and will require your own bed but comes with a very large wardrobe.

Plenty of space: Our house has a big backyard with two beautiful dogs - a border collie and golden retriever. The room available is really big, offering plenty of natural light however comes unfurnished with no BIR (everything else in fully furnished). You get your own bathroom and toilet as we occupy an ensuite. We also have a third smaller spare room which is fully furnished, so friends or family can stay if the situation calls for it. :) Great location! We're only one block from the local IGA, pharmacy, butcher, cafe and more. We're also only a few blocks from the local park/oval, petrol station, Ballarat road hwy, and the Princes hwy. The house has great central heating and fans in main rooms. The house stays cool naturally so summer is rarely a problem! The kitchen offers a modern electric stove top, oven, and dish washing machine, and we already have a communal clothes washing machine.
