feature is very private and quiet. house renting for friendly,tidy and nice person to share with us,most of the people we sharing are international student here, very queit and safety place to stay,cctv secured.
for keeping a privavy&safety living environment for everyone.also this is a no party,no vistors safety accommodation to get you feeling safe like home.so prefer who like queit,international students or a full time working to join us to keep a stable environment in the house,for the house,nice,clean,spaces,welcome to inspect it.
the price is $170 including intrnet,and share other bills.
We all from Malaysia or Vietnam,China mostly east Asian background. Hope to find similar background to suit each other might be easier with living habit or food culture,maybe.
