A short 5 minute drive from a larger shopping centre and train station. My house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study a spacious lounge and dining area, a beautiful deck perfect for relaxing on after a long day with a beverage. Walking distance to Cranbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, and Cranbourne Centre and train station. Room for rent has built in robes, and is east facing, so gets a lot of morning sun. Mid to large size dogs are ok, but no cats. Open to discussion on other pets. We do communal meals/food. The only restriction on this is NO BEEF OR VEAL - this is for religious reasons. Other food animals are fine, and we do like to eat a lot of kangaroo. We also do shared chores/housework, and recycle and compost as much as possible.
