About the flatmates
I am a 41 year old female. I have two jobs but mostly I work from home. I generally keep to myself and come out mostly to cook or go out into the yard. I don't particularly use the living room space very much. I am very neat and keep the house clean.
My previous roommate has taken the living room furniture recently, so it is currently empty and ready to be re-furnished.
I am happy to slowly re-furnish it in 2026, however, perhaps a new roommate has things of their own they'd like to bring - so I am holding off for now to discuss with the new roommate.
You would have a private room with a double mirrored wardrobe, a large bookcase in the room, a spilt system aircon/heater and your own private bathroom as I occupy the ensuite.
You would also have one car space within the garage and a large double cupboard in there to store extra things.
I have a large fridge, microwave, washer and dryer for us to utilise. The house is close to Casey fields and the local Clyde shopping too.
