Parking is super easy and safe. It's a 20's building. Elegant and gorgeous. Quiet... This is a relaxed, clean, welcoming home. There are closeby buses into Cremorne and Mosman. There are a couple of cafe's within walking distance and the walking/running path around the point is awesome. Driving, you can get to the bridge in 6 mins and the city in about ten much of the time, airport in 20-25. There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows looking directly across to the Zoo and South East, right across the harbour. There are a couple of living spaces and a big rear deck so there are always places to get away from each other. Yes, it's a shared bathroom but there's a separate toilet and let's face it, boys take no time in the bathroom so it's basically yours. The studio is very large and spacious with plenty of outdoor living areas and very large rooms. It is part of a listed, federation mansion. Quiet location - wake up to birds every morning! My apartment is on two levels. My 8 year old daughter and I live upstairs and your private space will be the whole of downstairs - approximately 40m2. The downstairs area is a self contained studio with a large bedroom, its own bathroom, kitchenette and patio area. It leads onto a well maintained garden where there is more space to relax. Based in Kurraba Point, this charming house is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. Taking over the whole upper floor, it's got fantastic views and is peaceful and quiet, whilst being only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD. There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge. The kitchen has new appliances - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too. The room is a decent size and can accommodate a couple easily. It has a chest of drawers, bed side table and wardrobe for hanging space. Short term stays also welcome.
Secure complex. 5-minute walk to the ferry which takes 15 minutes to get to circular quay. 15 - 20 minute walk to Mosman junction where there are restaurants and public transport. Or you could just catch the bus to Mosman junction which takes 5 minutes. The place is fully furnished except for the vacant bedroom. The room can easily fit a double bed. This flat is one of seven and all the neighbors here are friendly and often have a chat in the hallways.. There are the most amazing walks around Mosman... balmoral beach is a 5 min drive from here and the ferries are on the same street! pretty fabulous place to live! We have views out our windows and it is really quiet around here! The room is small, (2.5 x 3.5) it has a window and a floating shelf.. Note: This is a very "cosy" flat... No pets.. sorry gals!
