Great location! Just 5 minute walk from military road, and 5 minutes to the ferry. Beautiful water views from all bedrooms and an amazing shared terrace. The bedroom - double bedroom, which would fit double bed easily. It could fit queen but this would limit other furniture you can fit into the room. The room has a window with full views of harbour and even the harbour bridge! Very decent sized built in wardrobe. Television outlet in the room. Plenty of on street, unlimited parking (no permit required). I have all the kitchen appliances, cutlery, and household items, although need to find a new living room sofa and television. Located on the lower north shore, it's close to the city and the northern beaches meaning it's an ideal location for professionals and students. Neutral Bay Wharf, where you can ferry into the city is just a 3-minute stroll and it's a 10-15-minute walk to Milsons Point train station. Anderson Park is next door and Military Road, where you'll find all sorts of shops like Coles and Woolworths, is a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, there's a regular bus near the wharf which takes you there every 20 minutes. The room is furnished, with a bed and wooden clothes rack. I also have some draws available if needed.
