We're looking to fill the void left by a departing housemate in our Cremorne Point house. The location (see the last photo for an aerial shot) Overlooking the water, the place couldn't be in a better location. The Old Cremorne ferry wharf is literally two minutes' walk away from our front door. At peak times, the 15 minute trip into Circular Quay leaves every 20 minutes. The Maccallum Pool overlooking the harbour is also a short walk away, if you're keen on some laps. Heaps of free, safe on-street parking is available adjacent the house. The house The place is laid out over two levels, with the the kitchen, living area and large deck, balcony on top. - Kitchen with dishwasher - Laundry with external entry - Three bathrooms, which means no queuing in the morning - Large living area, with double external doors on both sides, opening up onto an undercover balcony (BBQ, outdoor table, etc.) - Cable Internet, Foxtel HD, gas heater (all bills are split and somehow are actually quite reasonable) House is kitted out (although your stuff is welcome). About us and you We're all professionals in our mid 20s enjoy eating, a beer or two, and attempting to be active. Currently the mix is Tom - M, 24; Todd - M, 29; and Philip - M, 26. We are 2 house mates looking to fill our 3rd bedroom in our apartment in Neutral Bay from the 29th of Jan. As we have been established here for 2 years now we know the house is in a very good area - super convenient, nice neighbours and in a relatively quiet street. We are a street away from Woolworths and super close to the bus stop to take you into the city or towards North Sydney, Chatswood, or the Northern Beaches. The room is bright and airy and big enough for a double (probably a queen) bed. It has a huge window and is situated at the far end of the apartment so is relatively quiet even when others are home. The room is carpeted, and has a built in wardrobe you can use, just outside the bedroom door. Im 25 and work in advertising. Im a beach kinda girl and get around in my active wear on weekends, regardless of the amount of exercise I've actually done. Im a huge foodie, so am always up for checking out the newest cafe on the block, but also like to cook at home. Give me a glass of wine and a bit of Netflix and I'm set for Saturday night. Andrew is 25 too and works in property acquisitions. He can best be described as having 'a taste for the finer things in life' - think good food, good wine, good company and good clothing. Andrew has a sarcastic sense of humour, and is always up for movie night or a late night trip around the corner to Woolworths when youre craving a good binge on junk food. The bedroom is well sized and sunny, with Harbour Views, a high ceiling, parquetry wooden flooring and blinds. It can fit a Queen Bed, bedside tables and freestanding wardrobe (no built ins,) and still have floorspace and room to move. Very close to ferry, train and buses. Lovely two bed apartment, newly decorated with brand new carpets and white wooden blinds throughout. Warm, quiet and homely.
