Parking is super easy, safe and across the street. It's a 20's building. Elegant and gorgeous. Quiet... The place is about a 7 minute walk to the Cremorne Point Ferry. This is the first and last stop so you are in the city in 12 minutes :) There are closeby buses into Cremorne and Mosman. There are a couple of cafe's within walking distance and the walking/running path around the point is awesome. Driving, you can get to the bridge in 6 mins and the city in about ten much of the time, airport in 20. There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows all round looking East, directly across to the Zoo and South. Looking forward to hearing from you. There is a bedroom with built-ins with your own bathroom and separate toilet. A third room in the apartment is also available as a study or guest room included in the rent. You can add your own bedroom furniture if you want. This apartment is special because of the view of the harbour, watching the ferries and boats and the fireworks makes apartment living very enjoyable. There is a deck set up with a high table and stools so that you can sit outside and chat and watch the harbour. It's a great drying spot for clothes too. This apartment is very central so you can catch a ferry to the city or a bus and the train is a 10 minute walk around to Milsons Point where the local shops and pub are located. The local harbour walks are breathtaking especially at sunset. I am close to Balmoral and there is a secret beach for a swim just around the corner close to our local Hayes St cafe which does wonderful breakfast and local Thai and French for dinner. We have visitor's car spaces for off street parking. It is a friendly complex with security doors. It's nice and quiet (no buses go past) and I am so lucky to have found this place 3 years ago so I hope you can come and enjoy it with me.

Lots of cool bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is fully furnished EXCEPT for your bedroom. The bedroom has a large built in wardrobe. Bills are not included in the rent but there will only be one more round of bills to be paid. Wifi is also an extra $20 a month.

There's also a medium sized balcony that will be great for summer evenings. 15minute walk to Milsons Point Train Station or five minute walk up to Military Rd to the buses (City/ Wynyard first stop).
