There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows all round looking East, directly across to the Zoo and South East, right across the harbour. Open sunny aspect with a large living/ dining room flow to full length sunroom creating a perfect all season’s entertaining space, capturing the backdrop of City lights and Bridge. 2nd bedroom is a large double. High ceilings, plenty of storage and wardrobe space with a double inbuilt wardrobe. (3.2 x 4.7) The place is fully furnished apart from your bedroom. Transport Plenty of public transport around. Hello! we have a large room available from Nov 1 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. You will share with two others. We also have a small spare room which can be used for occasional guests, very handy :) Come and check it out if your a positive type, not a party animal and know how to keep a clean house.

There are 2 sunny bedrooms for rent @ $300 each or $500 for a couple, one with built-ins, the other with a wardrobe and desks in each. Your own bathroom and separate toilet. I have a third bedroom with ensuite. This apartment is special because of the view of the harbour, watching the ferries and boats and the fireworks makes apartment living very enjoyable. There is a deck set up with a high table and stools so that you can sit outside and chat and watch the harbour. It's a great drying spot for clothes too. This apartment is very central so you can catch a ferry to the city or a bus and the train is a 10 minute walk around to Milsons Point where the local shops and pub are located. The local harbour walks are breathtaking especially at sunset. I am close to Balmoral and there is a secret beach for a swim just around the corner close to our local Hayes St cafe which does wonderful breakfast and local Thai and French for dinner. We have visitor's car spaces for off street parking. It is a friendly complex with security doors. It's nice and quiet (no buses go past) and I am so lucky to have found this place 3 years ago so I hope you can come and enjoy it with me.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Neutral Bay, in a quiet area but close enough to Military Road to access easily public transport and shops. My unit is a large 2 bedroom art deco apartment situated on the top floor of a small block of six units. The unit has been reconfigured to two fully self contained units. I am renting out the back unit which is fully furnished and has been rented for the past three years as a corporate rental. The back unit has its own separate entrance and we do not share this space. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower (only) and a bedroom with a TV. It also has a small but well defined living space with a two seater couch, kitchen table and chairs. (I am happy to discuss the needs and requirements of each interested party regarding the setup of the kitchen and bedroom as a corporate rental is somewhat different to someone living 24/7 7 days a week in the space.) We have a large backyard with gardens, outdoor furniture and is very well situated to the Neutral Bay junction shops and therefore transport.
