Is this what you're saying to yourself? I'm looking for a modern apartment, (with its low ceilings and it’s one source of light, from a neglected veranda that no one ever uses). It's going to be so small that you can never get away from your flatmate, but that will be ok because it will be close to the railway station, so you can walk along the factory made paths quickly, to the job that you really aren’t sure about that ultimately isn’t satisfying. You long for a view of trees and some water but you don’t feel you can afford that. Urrrgh. That sounds like hell to me... What if you walked instead along beautiful streets that seem like a park. You feel you have room to breathe and sure it takes a little longer to get to where you’re going, but this time that you take is time that you cherish. It's a 20's building. Elegant and gorgeous. Quiet... This is a relaxed, clean, welcoming home. There are closeby buses into Cremorne and Mosman. There are a couple of cafe's within walking distance and the walking/running path around the point is awesome. Driving, you can get to the bridge in 6 mins and the city in about ten much of the time, airport in 20-25. There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows looking directly across to the Zoo and South East, right across the harbour. There are multiple living spaces and a big rear deck so there are always room to get away from each other. Yes, it's a shared bathroom but there's a separate toilet and let's face it, boys take no time in the bathroom so it's basically yours. This apartment is very central so you can catch a ferry to the city or a bus and the train is a 10 minute walk around to Milsons Point where the local shops and pub are located. This apartment is special because of the view of the harbour, watching the ferries and boats and the fireworks makes apartment living very enjoyable. There is a deck set up with a high table and stools so that you can sit outside and chat and watch the harbour. It's a great drying spot for clothes too. The local harbour walks are breathtaking especially at sunset. I am close to Balmoral and there is a secret beach for a swim just around the corner close to our local Hayes St cafe which does wonderful breakfast and local Thai and French for dinner. We have visitor's car spaces for off street parking. It is a friendly complex with security doors. It's nice and quiet (no buses go past) and I am so lucky to have found this place 3 years ago so I hope you can come and enjoy it with me.

Anderson Park is next door and Military Road, where you'll find all sorts of shops like Coles, Woolworths, Cafe's etc, is a 10-minute walk away, or there's a regular bus near the Wharf which takes you there every 20 minutes.
