If you work in the city but want somewhere easy to unwind without a huge commute this is your place! Brand new renovated apartment that is on the water and literally 1 minute walk to the ferry (there are steps behind the house that go to Old Cremorne Wharf). There is a nice walking track that goes to Cremorne Wharf/Lighthouse/McCallum Pool which runs behind the place. The balcony has a bit of a water view and is pretty nice to chill out with a cocktail on in the afternoon. The apartment has ducted air con with vents in the rooms and the rest of the unit (you can run it just in the rooms on their own) which is quiet and works really well. Having said that the place gets a nice breeze so you aren't dependent on it. It has a new gas stove/dishwasher/oven, and is in the process of getting a dryer. The floors are tile/hardwood and in general it is very easy to keep clean. Basically everything in the unit is new. The room itself can easily fit a Queen bed and desk, has a sliding door onto the balcony, it also has built ins. The apartment has ducted air con (vents in the rooms and the house which can operate separately). The floors in the rooms are hard wood. Water is included in the rent. For transport the ferry gets to circular quay in 20 mins on the way there and about 16 on the way back right across the harbour, pretty nice commute. If you work in North Sydney it takes roughly 35 mins to walk or 15 on a bike. There are buses nearby to military road as well or you could walk it easy. Street parking is pretty easy to find.

This flat is such a great find. It's tidy with plenty of natural lighting and has a really homely feel to it. You'll have your own room and share a bathroom with two other girls.
