Hello, the room I am offering fits a queen-sized furniture easily plus has a huge built-in wardrobe. It also leads onto a private balcony. Apartment is on elevated ground floor with wrap around balcony and is really bright and sunny. There is storage space in the garage but parking on the street. My friend is moving out so I am flexible with the furnishings, could use some of your furniture if you would like; the bedroom is unfurnished. I don't have a broadband but would like to look at getting some and share the expanse with my new housemate :-) The apartment is close to both - the beach and the Cronulla mall.
