Great spot basically in the middle of Cronulla mall. Nice sized bedroom unfurnished but everything else is though feel free to add whatever you like, balcony, large kitchen with allot of cupboards which are mostly yours, bathroom shelving behind mirror yours (decent). Only just moved in so ill be adding some balcony furniture. Not a party house. Only bills would be electricity and thats pretty cheap so I think we can work it out.
I am looking for two housemates to move into my newly leased place. I haven't received an exact date but it looks like it will be available around two weeks from today (3/3). They are doing some minor repairs/maintenance. The key points to this apartment are its proximity to the train station and the beach. It also has a balcony that has direct ocean views, which gives it a very open feel. I also noticed that the apartment is well insulated. I inspected the place on Friday the 10th of Feb which was the particularly hot day (~40degrees) and it was quite cool inside. There is also a storage room in the basement which would easily fit several surfboards/bicycles/camping gear. The rooms both have built in robes. They are about 3mx4m. Enough for queen size bed, bed side table and perhaps a desk in the corner. And apologies but I don't think it will be possible to view the property prior to the move in date. I also don't have much furniture at this stage so if you had anything you wanted to add prior to me purchasing stuff then let me know. And I'll have my own bathroom so you will be sharing with one other
We are 10 mins walk from the beach and the outside shopping mall, and 10 mins walk to Woolooware train station. The house is sweet with lots of windows, and wooden floorboards. The room is relatively big, it easily fits a double bed and other furniture. The street is also lovely and quiet, with plenty of street parking. One street away from Cronulla beach - great for surfers. Shopping centre 5 mins walk away. Although it's a 2 bdrm unit there are nooks & crannies so we don't get in each other's way. The block only has 4 units so easy to work with. Your own entrance from the back door into your room. On the negative side it is a small room but I will provide everything except for the mattress.
