Hello people, I’m relaxed don’t like drama leave it for the TV. I’m a carpenter love to surf most days. Early riser but early to sleep rather use the day. I’m pretty clean I don’t care how messy your room is that’s your space but lounge and kitchen should be left how you found it. I don’t drink or smoke, don’t care if you do but would rather live with a non smoker. I live better with a female I think it balances the house and males seem to always have people over drinking. I like to have good flatemate friendship but respect there space. I live in a quiet block not a party unit.
