The established rear garden is large, with fruit trees, vegetable beds, lots of herbs, grassy lawns and (of course) a Hills Hoist clothesline, plus a storage shed that you're welcome to use. There's also plenty of off-street parking, and a bus stop a minute's walk from the front door to take you straight to the city. The house has 3 bedrooms, of which one will be kept spare for use by guests. The available room is very large, light-filled, with wooden floorboards and a window overlooking the front yard. We're only recently moved into the house so it's still a work in progress, but very comfortable and warmly furnished. Rent is payable monthly in advance, plus bond of four weeks. Internet is $24 per person per month, and utilities are split evenly each quarter.
