The apartment is cozy and bright, and while the address is Griffith I’d still argue it counts as Kingston. Apartment is quiet, and we’re friends with our neighbours. Balcony is perfect for morning cuppas and afternoon beers. Walking distance to pretty much everything going you need - Manuka and Kingston shops, the foreshore, ~15mins to parliamentary triangle, ~10 bike ride to Fyshwick markets, and the Kingo is basically rolling distance. Bus stop just round the corner and unlimited on street parking. Washer and drier already in the apartment. Housemate is taking the couch and dining table, so if you have furniture we’ll have plenty of room to negotiate.
