Rent: $290/week, all bills included (water, gas, internet – no additional charges unless there is damage or cleaning required).

Transport: 400 metres to the nearest bus stop with convenient access to the city and Woden Shopping Centre.

Shopping: 5-minute walk to Hughes Shops, easy access to Westfield Woden.

Furniture: Fully furnished with a new IKEA bed and mattress, study table, and chair.

Room: Approximately 10 square metres with a built-in wardrobe. The house has a full bathroom on the second floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A maximum of three people share the facilities; one room has its own ensuite.

About the roommate: Preferably seeking a young professional who is clean, quiet, has a regular work schedule, is a non-smoker, and has no pets.

About us:

Roommates 1–2: We are a young Chinese couple in our early 30s, working full-time in the Deakin area. We live quietly and enjoy outdoor activities, cooking, and movies. We also play badminton regularly and would love to have a roommate who shares this interest.

Roommate 3: A full-time female nurse at a nearby hospital, working day shifts from Monday to Friday.
