We have a studio in the backyard of 2 storey home in Yarralumla. The studio used to be rented out but has become a little weathered so we are in the process of renovating the room. There is a separate entrance to the studio so it is very private but it does not have it's own bathroom or kitchen so you'd have to go into the main house to use these.
