Train time to city is only 13 minutes or 22 depending which type. It's leafy and quiet but close to everything. We love it.

It’s a massive house in Camberwell, there are 5 bedrooms, and we have one up for grabs! The house is fully fitted out, comfy sofas, TVs, appliances and even hammocks out the back! The kitchen is from the 90’s so it has some real style, it’s also open plan and there’s loads of space. There’s only one bathroom but it’s never been an issue as we all have very different schedules, it just seems to work! The backyard is huge! You'll often find we spend heaps of time chilling on the outside couches during the warmer days, but it’s really the domain of the elusive house cat that is like a gentleman ghost. The location is literally close to everything! There is a train station 3 minutes walk, and it only takes 20 mins to get into the city by train. There are 2 supermarkets less than 2 min drive. There are parks everywhere, its Camberwell! And a bike track! There is lots of parking around the area and there are no permits required. After a great 12 months, sadly we say goodbye to Kylie who is moving back to London... We hope through no fault of our own. (She is totally chasing a boy.) However don't be fooled... he fixes cars (and everything else), rides motorbikes and cooks horribly tasting, health conscious meals. Tom, a mid twenties dude... who never really hit puberty. He is an advisor for multiple businesses and spends most of his time daydreaming. We are: really clean people who appreciate living in a hygienic and uncluttered environment, well mannered, active (sporty...Tom is questionable at times) and friendly young professionals. We are putting up the Master Bedroom that has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite...which is bigger than our shared bathroom -_-" The bedroom has double doors that open out onto the paved private courtyard which has a lovely water feature - it's great to sit and chill out there in the sunshine!
