We have 1 room for rent in Balwyn North. The bedroom has an en-suite. The house is mostly furnished, not including your room. We have a double garage with couch, TV, gym set and plenty of room for storage. The backyard is large with many trees and hammock set up. There are 2 living areas including a front lounge and sun-room at the back of the house with large couches and TV. The sun-room has aircon and the house has ducted heating.
