Hello there. My name is Jamie (30). I am looking for a clean, considerate and quiet housemate to share my place here in Canterbury with me and my housemate Brendan (40). We love our house because it's such a beautiful large house. It has polished wooden floor boards downstairs, tiles in the kitchen/lounge area and carpet upstairs. There's a huge spa bath tub in the shared bathroom. Two lounge room areas, so plenty of room for movie/tv watching. The backyard area has grass growing (too slowly for my liking..!). Plenty of off-street parking and right out the front is the 109 tram stop! The 109 goes directly into the city or to Box Hill the other way and runs all night on weekends. House has dishwasher, washing machine, and overall is fully stocked for anything you would need, if you have stuff of your own, plenty of room for more stuff too though!
