Hi there, We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Brompton and have 1 bedroom available -unfurnished. The existing housemate is looking to move out in mid-December and the room is situated upstairs. It has built in wardrobes and a bathroom to share with one person. The house has effective air conditioning/ heating, modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a toilet and laundry downstairs. Back yard is a paved area and we have a double garage (currently used by two housemates) as well as off street parking in the complex. We have Wi-Fi for extra cost and also currently engage a cleaner every 3 weeks for $75 all up. Electricity and gas bills are not included in rent. The suburb is brilliant and only a 5 min drive from the CBD, walking distance to gyms, Plant 4 (indoor food market), OTR, Foodland, Entertainment Centre tram stop (free tram to city).
