We try to keep the place fresh and clean but we're boys so there are times when we fail a bit... luckily a fortnightly clean of the common areas by a professional cleaner is included. You still need to clean your room, change your sheets (please) and do your dishes but all the common areas, bathrooms, laundry, lounge, kitchen (minus dishes) will all be autro-magically clean!

The house has central air-conditioning so it's always nice and is fitted with solar, which helps on the bills... having said that we appreciate ppl who dont waste for the sake of wasting (water, electricity etc).

It's also in a killer location 2 mins fom Dudley Park Train station. The city is 3 stops away, Mawson lakes takes about 10 mins and there's a mind boggling assortment of buses u can take.

Finally about the bathrooms, the Master bed room has a bathroom/toilet which means the second bathroom toilet is shared by only 2 people. The house also features a second shared toilet so there's no morning traffic jams and there's a second sink in case 2 of us have a hot date on the same night!
