This is a nicely renovated 3 bedroom (plus office/storage room) home in Blackburn North. There are 2 heated, spacious and separate living areas that allow for plenty of quiet time if needed. The second living room has been used mostly by one of the house mates for study purposes. The main living area provides lovely views of the shady native back garden that makes you feel like you are living in the country. The main toilet is separate from the bathroom. The house also has a modern bathroom, with a bath, basin and glass shower that is only used by two of the tenants. The house has WiFi access, polished timber floorboards throughout and requires no furniture other than for the bedroom. The kitchen has all that you need to cook with. Located in a quiet friendly back street with very little traffic. There are two off street parking spaces and parking on the street is no problem either.
