For rent is a sunlit bedroom with a great view in a spacious house. We are spoilt to have a big backyard, a garage and three balconies, all with nice views. We're up quite high so you feel like you're amongst the trees. The room on offer has a built in wardrobe and desk. Great ducted heating and AC throughout the house.

We also have a large kitchen with lots of storage and spacious living areas. Bills aren't much between the three of us, usually around a hundred a month for everything including internet. Driveway parking available for one car and on-street parking for two more.

We are lucky to have fruit trees and a vege patch out the back plus a bountiful berry patch round the side of the house. One small requirement of tenants is that they occasionally do a little bit of gardening to help us maintain the property (roughly once a month).

We live across the road from a nice park, oval and tennis courts and are very close to walking and bike trails. The Yarra and Bolin Billabong is five mins drive. Brunswick St is a ten min drive from our house via the Eastern Freeway which we have very easy access to. A bus Park and Ride is within a 5 min walk of our house too so public transport is really easy. It's a really nice and quiet neighbourhood that's super close to everywhere.

We are two professionals (one scientist and one musician/teacher) who enjoy hanging out sometimes, but also our own space. We also live with a doggy, a three year old staffie named Joey who is very well behaved. We value honesty and good communication, someone who is calm and respectful as well as tidy, organised and willing to contribute to maintaining our home. Room will be available from feb 20.
