The house is enormous. The living room has a ping pong table in it as wel as 3 couches, an enormous TV and a great sound system, as well as a separate bar area with bar fridge. The backyard is as big as a tennis court and the deck is huge with views of the city. Equipped with pool table and BBQ. 10 minutes from the city on Eastlink, 10 minutes from Doncaster Westfield. It’s a quiet streeet surrounded by parks. There are two undercover car port spaces as well as ample unrestricted street parking. There are 3 bathrooms, one being an en-suite for the largest room. The kitchen is huge, and the rooms are spacious with all of them having beautiful sunset views of the city.
As I have indicated, this is a fully renovated house nestled in a peaceful leafy neighborhood - very convenient to travel to city for work or study. Netflix is on. The whole house is well equipped with air-conditioning and heating system.

The rental INCLUDES everything you need, all utilities etc. etc. Its not a misleading ad claiming cheaper rent and then utility bills and consumables, laundry costs etc. pile on top (and are very high usually -especially with personal airconditioning/heating costs). Neither is it a CRAMPED. STINKY CITY/CHEAP apartment. Its basically a NEW HOUSE with a small garden (by usual aussie standards small that is). Be careful about other ads "too good to be true" - Melbourne is one of the worlds most expensive cities to live in and we're making that part easy and affordable for you in return for the right type of person to share it with us. We hear this story from all who have stayed with us. Each room is fully airconditioned and heated with personal controls, and ALL amenities available. Modern, fully furnished, awesome cupboard with shoe rack and hangers, desk, PC/Laptop, printer/fax/scanner etc. also available. Pay TV in room included with chromecast as well as NETFLIX and HAYU (all the trash TV in the world you knew you never wanted, plus a zillion movies too) - All this is INCLUDED IN RENT. Its like a 5 star hotel room without room service! Bathroom has a separate bathtub and the toilet is a separate room from bathroom! Big mirror and shelves etc. see photo. Theres 3 full bathrooms with showers. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs so you can share the upstairs bathroom with 1 other, and theres plenty of space for storage of cosmetics, dresser table, etc, or use the downstairs one yourself. Parking outside is plenty and free, safe. and easy to access. The best cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bakery, coles, aldi, chemist warehouse, yoga, oporto, and 2x 24 hour fitness first/gyms are all a 5 min walk. Heidelberg Station AND the new Rosanna train stations are a 15/10 min walk too, and the express train gets you into the CBD in 17 minutes. Leafy parks are within walking distance (10 mins walk, and bike riding distance 2 mins, you can use my bike). Bus transport also very very close. Car-wise its pretty easy travelling too! We have two adorable puppies who are kept nearly obsessively clean, fully house trained and trimmed (allergy free) - "model" dogs and while we are away, they usually have several people who want to look after them, so don't worry about looking after if youre not used to it, they're very well loved by everyone around us, but they will make you love them! We usually meet up for a coffee and chat in burgundy street, then go to inspect the property. Don't worry, its not an interview. We do that to make sure your potential occupancy can work out, and highlight any potential issues right from the start. If you are overseas, we can skype, viber, or whatsapp, but much prefer face to face so you can appreciate the positive feel of our place. We're not desperate on having just anybody come in - but we're really easygoing and prefer people who we can get along with and be comfortable around. If you're an expert in winning blackjack/poker or billiards/table tennis its a bonus :) We provide everything: high speed internet, bed sheets (quality ones), towels (huge ones), toilet paper, clothes hangers, shower robe, even playing chips for blackjack and it wont cost you extra like other places! if you lose in blackjack, then i'll even throw in a tissue box. hehehee hope to hear from you soon! cheers! Hello lovely humans! Looking to sublet a room in our house from July 17- Aug 30TH. We’re in Heidelberg about a 5 minute walk from the Heidelberg train station, supermarket, Burgundy street cafes and pubs- pretty easy to walk accessible to everything out here. The house is pretty dope with loads of plants, a record player (a ton of records for you to choose from!), yoga mats and weights (in case you feel like doing a session in the outdoor garden/ fire pit area!). There will be myself and a Greyhound named Nancy in the house staying. It’s a pretty chill place and we’d love to get someone in who’s as easy going. It's right next to Doncaster Park and Ride, so there are constant buses to the city and it's right next to the Eastern Freeway for entry/ exit without delay if you're driving. It's also one km from Westfield Doncaster for awesome shopping. I'm very clean, tidy and quiet, and share the bathroom really well. The ducted heating is toastie in winter. It's a shoes-off house. I don't obsess about a quick in-out with shoes on, etc, but longer stays/in for the night/ wet outside are def shoes off.
