Each room is fully airconditioned AND heated with personal controls, and ALL amenities available. Modern, fully furnished, awesome cupboard with shoe rack and hangers, desk, PC/Laptop, printer/fax/scanner etc. also available. Pay TV in room (as of ad date, still installing but will be be up shortly - new house!) All this is included in rent. Bathroom has a separate bathtub and the toilet is a separate room! Big mirror and shelves etc. see photo. Theres 3 full bathrooms with showers. We have two adorable puppies who are kept nearly obsessively clean, fully house trained and trimmed (allergy free) - "model" dogs and while we are away, they usually have several people who want to look after them, so don't worry about looking after if youre not used to it, they're very well loved by everyone around us, but they will make you love them! We usually meet up for a coffee in burgundy street. then go to inspect the property. If you are overseas, we can skype, viber, or whatsapp. We're not desperate on having just anybody come in - but we're really easygoing and prefer people who we can get along with and be comfortable around. If we don't respond its likely because your profile is either incomplete or I think you'll be wasting your time as your profile doesn't match what we're seeking in a housie. The room I offered is in a house with 3 rooms, the room is clean and with loads of light. In it there is a queen bed and other accessories like a lamp, site table and a sofa. A new & nice wardrobe is on its way (see picture) The house is cozy and quite, there is a front garden facing the street and a cute veranda at the back. Kitchen has all the essentials from a dishwasher to cutlery. You will have your own fridge. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. The house has ducted heating and now a new air conditioning system. The house is located two blocks away from Macedon Square. I walk, but more often I cycle to get the goods or services I need from there. At the same distance, various BUS routes are available. We keep the house communal areas such as the bath room, kitchen, leaving and dining rooms areas as tidy as possible, that way your flat mates can make use of them without relocating other people’s belongings or clean someone’s mess. Do as you please in your room, however will be preferable that this is kept clean. For that reason is expected that our new flat mate likes to be clean & organised. It is also expected to pay bills in time and without a need to be remind about it. Cleaning duties are to be action with your own initiative at the time allocate it.
