The house is a v cool 50's retro big old family home complete with central heating, air con, 3 bm's, a sunroom and a huge yard with a BBQ. And just a 1 min walk to Rosanna train station and all the shops. It's a no tv house as I work from home so the loungeroom doubles as my office but you can have one in your room of course. Animal lovers preferred as I have a cat and so we cant have other animals sorry. I would prefer a vegetarian and an environmentally aware person.. Smoking outside is fine just not inside please, I quit a year ago and I now smoke vapes. Couples are welcome, just no kids or dogs please.. It would be nice to have positive creative people move in who have full busy lives and really just need a home thats a comfortable safe place to stay inbetween going to work or school. No meth users, no drug addicts (herb's ok ;) ) We buy our own food, take turns with housework & tp, split all bills evenly and keep the kitchen clean after cooking. If you want the room short term then I will add $50 a week on top which will cover all bills. Theres 2 toilets (one outside), a sep bathroom and shower room, large kitchen with everything u need, laundry, and big yard with a veggie garden you can use if you contribute to growing. 2 garages, a billiard room (needs a snooker table!) We have ducted heating on gas (tho we turn it off at night and during the day to save huge bills, its only used in the evenings to warm the house) and air con in the lounge, tho if you keep the windows shut in summer it stays really cool as its made of brick. The other person who lives here is my bf who stays more often than not so we stick to ourselves mostly. Speaking of: Guys must be house trained and clean up after themselves and put the toilet seat down, no wee drips :P Girls, please dont use my bathroom stuff and we'll get along fine ;) Also talking to your pet doesnt mean your crazy, I wish more ppl knew this... so yes, I talk to my cat... hopefully you will too :) If you made it this far congratulations! u should come round for a cuppa and to check the room out.
