The house is basically fully furnished (apart from the bedroom advertised), but other furniture is welcome. I like to keep the common areas tidy and clean especially the kitchen, it's just about respect for your flatmates. If you are similarly minded then great! There is a gas heater in the lounge and a couple of AC units. Internet is unlimited. There is also a second toilet. Normally I cook for myself, but don't mind sharing a meal from time to time.
