We have just secured a beautiful home in leafy Ivanhoe East. The house is a 4-bedroom house and we have one more room available. The room is medium sized (3.2m x 2.8m) with a built in robe and is unfurnished. The room is $180 per week and the bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are split evenly. The rent is paid 1 month in advance to the real estate agent so you would need to pay 4 weeks rent AND a 4-week bond by the date you move in. ABOUT THE HOUSE: There are 2 main bathrooms so you would only have to share your bathroom with 1 other person. There is plenty of living space (2 large living areas) and a nice kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, gas top cooking, dishwasher and a meals area. The house has a nice big backyard that is easy to maintain and an outdoor entertaining area as well. The house has also has ducted heating and air-conditioning. PARKING: There is a DOUBLE garage and a driveway so plenty of parking available however the house is also located on a quiet street (among beautiful homes!). If you rely on public transport, the station is approx 10-minute walk away.
