About the property
The home is a large 4 bedroom house which you will be sharing with one other. It has heating and cooling and is fully furnished with landscaped gardens. There's plenty of space, so we won't ever be in each other's hair, there's even a secondary lounge room if you need some alone time. There are two bedrooms to choose from, one with an ensuite, one without, either way, you also have another bathroom with a bath that is all yours.
Close to many hospitals if you happen to work at one in the area, close to Heidelberg village, close to walking tracks. Near the Polytec.
There is also a 15yr old beagle and a fat cat, both super chill, down for pats.
Prefer a professional who works away from home, maybe one day max working from home as I work from home and need quiet for my work.

Hey! I'm Kelly, I'm a 42yr old single woman who works as an Interior Decorator and also a freelance illustrator. I work from home most of the time from the home office. I like to keep fit, love the outdoors and eating well. I like to head out a couple of times a week for events or dinners, I'm sociable and friendly, but not a big partier or anything. I'm the complete opposite of a drama queen so only level-headed, friendly people please! I'm not noisy at all, I also spend a lot of time decorating the place or in the garden.
I'm open to all ages, sexes, sexualities. Overall, I just want someone mellow who's friendly, employed, respectful, and I want to say "normal" (I probably can't say that). A professional with a social life, or even your grandma, I don't mind, just as long as you can maintain a good conversation, but don't rely on me for your social life. Someone tidy, but not crazily so.
I just want someone who will enjoy sharing my home, nobody grumpy because I'm never grumpy.
