The room available is large enough to fit a queen size bed comfortably, and has a built in wardrobe. Apartment has 4 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and you will be sharing a large bathroom with 2 others. All housemates are clean and considerate and are often away with work for extended periods. This apartment has a huge balcony with stunning harbour views and a BBQ. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, also has a new dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Broadband wireless internet, Foxtel Play, Netflix, Phillips Hue light bulbs in the lounge - Living area (Google it :) ), and PS4 are all included in the rent. Landlord has also installed new blinds throughout the apartment. Electricity is divided by four people every 3 months (around $100 each), that is the ONLY bill. Building has direct access to the water with own jetty. There is also a waterside swimming pool for hot days. There is ample, unrestricted street parking just out front. The room is available now. This is a really nice modern apartment with water view. The area is very peaceful and it's only 20 minutes away from the CBD. We have a nice park in front of the building, and plenty of recreational areas if you are into outdoor activities. If you like sailing and have a boat, there's a dock in this park! There is a very convenient bus stop just across the road that takes you to the city in 20 minutes (the same bus takes you directly to Coogee beach too) and plenty of options in the main road just 5 minutes walking. Supermarkets and cafes are walking distance. The location is also really great if you travel to the Western suburbs. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. It has a built in wardrobe with plenty of space and a big mirror. If you need it, we can leave a double bed and a few other furniture if you need so (desk, night table). You will be sharing the bathroom with me. I don't mind sharing with male or females as long as it is kept clean. There is plenty of on-street parking and the area is very safe.

It really is beautiful and I can’t emphasis enough how big the apartment is, there are even two entrances as originally, I believe it was two separate apartments and it has been converted into one. The road is extremely quiet and would allow you to be close enough to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is less than 2 minutes walk to Drummoyne ferry terminal with easy access to the City and Baragaroo. Only a 5-minute walk to Victoria road where numerous buses are available to the City and the North Shore. Both the Bay run and the cafes and restaurants of Balmain are a stone throw away, so it is very conveniently located. I am looking for two genuinely nice people to share this apartment with me as I have two spare rooms. This penthouse apartment is very well suited to someone who likes comfort, space, natural light and to live somewhere that is very special and not your average Sydney apartment.

House in amazing location! Close to cbd (20min on the bus), close to drummoyne bay, less than 3 min walking distance. But let's get to the house features: There are 3 bedroom - all single rooms -, 1 bathroom - shared between we 3 -, and another toilet in the laundry area. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. And the dining room has a really nice dinning table. Living room has super comfy couches and a tv. If you love sports, you can do a bit of boxing over there or a really nice run by the bays - we live few meter from 2 bays. Even thought the house has a really good sized courtyard and a really nice swimming pool, it is NOT a party house, so please keep the noise down if you decide bringing a friend home. Busses are super close - one in the corner and two other bus stops 5 and 10min walking. I take 20min to get to Town Hall. Room is UNFURNISHED but it comes with built in wardrobe. The only photos we have is of the smaller room, but the room we are renting is actually bigger that the one in the photo. Bills are not included!

We are right on the water with unbelievable city harbour views from every room in the apartment, including yours and a great balcony to relax on that is undercover and has glass panels not to disturb the view! We have a pool, our own wharf, visitor parking (it's almost always available but residents do not like non-visitors parking there but parking on the street is super easy) and the apartment is large enough to not feel like you are ever living on top of each other. We are walking distance to shops including Birkenhead (outlets and normal shops), the bay run, gyms, restaurants, bus stops (5 min walk to a 15-20 min bus to CBD), ferry stop (7 min walk to a 12min ferry to Darling Harbour and 25min to Circular Quay) and we absolutely love it here. There is rarely ever any issue parking right in front of the building and the building is very very secure, not a party building and feels like home. We get a great sea breeze, brilliant views and have majority all the furniture we need, just let us know what you have and I'm sure we can make room where we can. We have our own internal laundry (no sharing with others in the building, a car wash bay for residents and even Australia Post leaves parcels inside the security door or safely within the property - it's such a safe area we've never had any issues. The room itself is very breezy with windows facing the harbour out onto the balcony and the whole apartment is carpet (except laundry, bathrooms and kitchen). It currently has a queen bed comfortably in the room, with a freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of space. It's a cool room that has the main door that goes out to the hallway where the bathroom (toilet and shower separate) is shared with only 1 other (we have another which is the ensuite). AND the room also has sliding doors out into the lounge room which can be open or closed giving more room and air. Walls are very solid so we don't hear our neighbours at all - such a plus in an apartment. Room availability in the next couple of weeks - our current housemate is in the process of moving out with his partner so will depend on him for a final date.

The room is large with heaps of built in wardrobe space and water glimpses. The apartment includes an open plan kitchen and living room and is a short walk from the water and bus stops to the city but also situated at the end of a road so it is nice and peaceful. The room will be available from Mid-February to March start date (my mate is moving to London and can move out earlier to his parents for a bit if need be). Room is 245 per week for a single and negotiable for a couple. Very cheap for the area and size of the place.
