The apartment is on Lyons Road in Drummoyne. The room has a large double window with leafy views and the block backs on to Drummoyne Oval and Park. The kitchen is renovated and there is an integrated dishwasher. The whole apartment is about 95 square metres including two balconies, so a really good size for this area. The living area and the main balcony is North facing so it also gets great light. The apartment is a three minute walk to Victoria Road and there is a constant stream of buses to take you in to the city. The apartment is very close to a busy little shopping village that has an IGA, BWS, newsagency and chemist etc. There are also lots of good eateries around with great coffee at the Three Rosettas, awesome sushi at Yume and yummy Lebanese at Kadmus.

This huge share house is close to public transport, there is a bus stop 100 metres up the road which is 15 minutes to the city. We are located across from an IGA, F45, Bottleo, cafe's and mcdonalds. Also a Harris Farm a few hundred metres up the road. The house itself is huge with 5 bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom and one bedroom downstairs, seperate dining room and TV room. My mate D'arcy and I just took out a lease and are looking to have another onboard as it is a three bedroom apartment. Well situated right on the water 2 min away from the drummoyne ferry station. The block, consisting of 4 flats, is nicely refurbished with polished floors & a shared backyard. Utilities are approx $100 per quarter based on reasonable use. The room, with an adjoining covered verandah, is currently partially furnished with a very comfortable inner spring sofa bed & wrought iron hanging/shelf unit. A wardrobe also exists however it houses linen. The photos are the house as is - I move in in December with different furniture in the living room. The house is really sunny and bright! It has large sized rooms with large built-ins , modern kitchen with gas and modern very clean share bathroom with bath. Timber floors throughout and will be freshly painted. Sunny courtyard out the back which could be lovely for eating outside during the summer. Downside is I don't own a TV - I prefer to read, but I could look into getting one if it was an issue. And there is a great yoga studio and cafe called "Egg of the Universe" just nearby. Walking distance to Rozelle markets and shops.

We have gorgeous sea views from our balcony but are just a 5 minute walk from Darling street with all its bars and restaurants. Also less than a 5 minute walk to the Dawn Frazer swimming baths and Elkington Park. The location couldn't be more ideal! The city is very accessible from Balmain. It's a 10 minute bus ride or else there are ferries from Balmain East Wharf straight to Barangaroo in the CBD. I've put 'no parking' but there is probably parking space on the street outside. The apartment is really nice and light, we have a lovely balcony filled with plants and an outside seating area. The apartments also come with access to a waterfront garden which has loads of room and is super peaceful. The room itself would fit a double bed in comfortably, it's an OK size but is by no means huge. You would be sharing the bathroom just with Katie, and includes a bath. The room contains a double bed/mattress, and has storage space with shelves running along one wall and a clothes hanging rack, also has a ceiling fan.
