Drummoyne is a great location - 10 minutes into the city by bus or ferry, cafes, restaurants, pub and the Bay Run all on our doorstep, as well as easy proximity to the main roads in and out of the city. At the end of our road are fantastic views of the Harbour Bridge - great on NYE! On street parking is available on Wrights Rd and don't be put off by the Victoria Road address - we don't notice the traffic. Rent is $250/week + bills which are very economical! The flat has amazing water views from our balcony and a shared outdoor pool in a really pretty garden. The room available has a fairly large built in wardrobe with full length mirrors. Fits a double bed easily. We have two bathrooms - one has a shower, toilet and laundry facilities and one has a bath and toilet (bit strange but works well!) We dont have a designated car space under the block, but there are vacant spaces out the front or then on the street. 5-10 walk to a main road if you need to catch the bus to the city. Location - 5 mins walk to Victoria Road where there is ridiculously good transport into the CBD (no traffic in 5 mins and in peak times about 20 mins). Darling Street and all it's cafes and restaurants is only 5-10 mins walk away. And we're literally surrounded by pubs! :-) Me - I'm in my early 30's and work 9-5 in the CBD. I'm a bit of a fitness addict and live the quiet life during the week. I like to get up early and get out and about. I prefer to go out for dinner and drinks and don't bring the party to the apartment and would prefer for you to be the same. I'm pretty chilled and keep the place clean and tidy.
