There are so many great reason why I love this property. I first rented a unit in the block way back in 1994. Canada Bay is a quiet area with a huge lake and I often walked around it for exercise. I loved this unit the best because of its huge private balcony for sunbaking and entertaining. When it cameomto the market in December 2010 I purchased it immediately. The swimming pool is wonderful right on the waterfront and it’s fully maintained as are the lovely gardens. All the neighbours are friendly and many own their units in the group.
