A bit about me: I’m a lash technician, working in a salon 4 days a week and from home 3 days. Because I work from home sometimes, it’s important the house is kept tidy and noise is kept low during work hours. In my free time, I enjoy catching up with friends, going for walks, and keeping a balanced, relaxed routine.
My partner stays over around 3–4 nights a week and will contribute to bills, just so you know upfront.
The house is fully furnished, and the room you’d have comes with a queen-size bed. You’ll have your own bathroom, which has been recently upgraded with a brand new vanity and sink, tapware, Zip tap, shower fittings, medicine cabinet, and plenty of storage. The room also has its own private balcony and street access.
The apartment has beautiful waterfront views, and a car spot is available at an extra cost. Bond is $1000.
The location is very convenient — just an 8-minute walk to Birkenhead, with an express bus to the city nearby. Common areas are already set up, so there’s no need to bring extra furniture.
