Room 1: $110 2.6m x 3.8m. There is a single cupboard and a lock on the door for privacy/sercurity. Shared bathroom with 1 other person who often goes away at weekends. Room 2: $160 3.4m x 4m. Aircon, walk-in cupboard, ensuite and lock on the door for privacy/sercurity. There are two living spaces (although somewhat open plan) and a nice outdoor area, so there is room/space to escape to. You’d be more than welcome to use anything in the house including kitchen appliances, crockey, glasswear, linen etc. There is currently no internet connected but flexible to having something installed if it’s a requirement at your/combined expense. 5-8 minute walk the train on the Thornlie/Armadale line and around a 10-15 minute walk to Carousel Shopping Centre. There will be room for secure off street parking too if required. The unit is in a strata towards the back of a lot so it’s quiet, safe and private. **Bus 100 takes 35mins to Curtin University **The Thornlie line takes 27mins to Perth CBD

The house is located a 15 min walk from Kenwick Station, which runs the Perth-Armadale line. There is also a bus stop 5 min walk from the house, this bus can take you all the way to Perth city stopping at Carousel shopping centre (8 min drive) and Vic Park (17 min drive). Curtin University is a 15 min drive or alternatively a train and bus ride away (40 min). The garage has space for a car if you wish. Currently the house DOES NOT have aircon but it is on my to do list before the summer! The house is in a newly built estate (Waverley estate) mostly consisting of young families. Although we are around some older suburbs we are tucked away in a safe/ well lit area with a tight knit neighbourhood community.
