We usually keep the area pretty empty because we don't have anything to fill it with. One of the other good aspects of the house is that the bedrooms are pretty large and carpeted, all with built in wardrobes. House has nbn for internet, average speed is around 70 mb/s which has been really good for us. The house is a duplex and this is the back house. Quite a few neighbours closeby but have never had any issues with them before, they are all friendly people.
