The property is a newly built home, completed in December 2024. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a single garage.
Parking is available in front of the garage, so the flatmate would need to be comfortable with occasional car shuffling or street parking when needed.
The house is in a very convenient location — it’s within walking distance to Cannington Station, which we regularly use, and only about a five-minute drive to Westfield Carousel for shopping, food, and amenities.
Overall, it’s a modern, comfortable home in a well-connected area.

Hello!
A little about the household — there are currently two of us living here, both in our 30s and working full-time as professionals. We’re friendly, easygoing, and respectful, and we keep the place calm and comfortable during the week.
We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, or a student who’s responsible and considerate. Cleanliness is important to us — we’re after someone who’s neat, tidy and cleans up after themselves without needing reminders. Bathroom and toilet cleaning is shared and rotated weekly between housemates.
We also value reliability, so paying rent on time is a must. Reminders will be sent after 2 days of missing rent. Rent is paid in advance.
We are currently temporarily pet sitting a cat on behalf of a friend until April 2026 - so hope you aren’t allergic to cats.
