Including a portable unit that can be used in the bedroom.

Tenant will generally have exclusive access to own bathroom, but also understand it is the main one for the house, and therefore might be required on occasion by infrequent house guests.

Note that there has been some rearrangement and upgrade to the property since these photographs were taken, including moving the office to the smaller empty room.
