The house: Modern, easy to clean, tidy 3 bedroom house. Close to public transport, large living spaces and a nice outdoor area. Share a bathroom with one other. Quiet little freestanding house on a block of Units, it's double story with living area, laundry, additional toilet and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs. We have a split system air conditioner/heater and a single garage (can't be used to park in but is great for storage!) The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We're very close to Newcomb Central and Bellarine Village shopping centres. Geelong CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away, there is a 24 hour gym around the corner and Public transport is easily accessible. I have unlimited cable internet which is included in the rent, as is water. Gas and Electricity are not included as they're hard to estimate so I'd prefer to split them when they come in (however, between two people they were rarely more than $20pw for both) All applications will go through the real estate agent, as you will be joining me on the lease but the agent and the property owner are great people. We live in a giant home by the bay! Too big for just us, we regularly have guests and students. The house incorporates 2 other apartments as well as our home so you’ll never be lonely. However, there are many rooms and large spaces and everyone has private areas. Sometimes we don’t see other people for weeks! We are a family of 5, we also have 3 dogs and a cat.
That's a very cute house with big windows and a large living room, but the most important is the ducted heating !!! There is a little backyard/garden with a protected area that is very nice for barbies. It's very well located ! Very quite street, super close to the train station (about 5 min walking), the best bar of Geelong (Little creatures) and the river for bike ridings or some runs !
