The room itself doesn’t have a window with direct sunlight, however the window does open up to a sunroom / study, which has heaps of sunlight that filters through into the room. The room itself is a decent size. Heaps of musical instruments in the house to play including guitars, piano, and drums. I’ve got Netflix and Stan. Welcome to hijack those. I’ve also got a makeshift recording studio in the sunroom / study, which you’re welcome to use if you’re a musician. The street is pretty quiet. Shopping centre w/ supermarket is 1 min away. CBD 4 mins. Coffee shops very close. Really good Rec reserve 1 min walk, with oval, dog park, tennis courts etc. Close to Eastern Beach.

It is a really environmentally friendly space that is always kept neat, clean and tidy in order to respect all housemates space. It is in walking distance from the supermarket and a short drive to the beach! We have a great medium sized outdoor space that is great for entertaining or chilling out in the evening. Please note that we are looking for either male or female between ages late 20s to early 30s, working full time and no pets or smokers. Please respect that is is not a house for people to come and go as they please and it will be expected that there is an even contribution to keeping the house neat and clean and mow lawns etc.. The location is amazing! right on the waterfront at Eastern beach. The house is 4 bedrooms ,3 stories so there is plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded. It has two lounge rooms, a sun room, a back office area, a dining room and a big kitchen, two bathroom rooms, laundry, double garage, double back yard, vegetable garden, BBQ and a granny flat we have a balcony that over looks the water, which is great to sit out on with friends. An underground bar with a pool table Rear access with an automatic gate for parking.. haha it is quite an amazing house! I may be slightly biased, but I think that this place is in the best location in Geelong! Within 3 minutes of walking, you are at the most central part of Pakington St. There are great cafes, coffee shops, a fresh produce store, a wholefoods store, a newsagency, yoga studio, chemist, bakery and library all within a 3 minute walk (maybe 5mns if you walk slowly!). The house is about 5-10 minutes walk to Geelong Train Station and about 15-20 minutes walk into central Geelong. You can walk to the beautiful waterfront in about 15 minutes. If you're travelling to Melbourne by car, or down to the coast, you can jump on the freeway at the end of the street, it will take you about 60 seconds from leaving the house to the freeway by car. But don't worry, we don't hear any freeway noise from here! I consider the house a sanctuary and have decorated it accordingly. I like to have a clean and tidy house. The house is fully furnished, but if you have furniture then happy to store it in the garage out the back - there's heaps of space. The available room is yours to decorate as you wish, you can use the bed already there (or I can move it to the garage, no problems). There is plenty of built in robe space in the room too.
