I have 2 rooms available to rent in a quiet street in Eden Hill. The house is newly built in 2016. Each room has its' own split system air con and built in wardrobes. There are 2 cosy outdoor areas if you enjoy dining al fresco. Bassendean train station is a convenient 3 min drive or 15 min walk, if you prefer. It is about 10-15 min train ride to the CBD. Galleria shopping centre is 10 min drive but there is a bus stop 50m away which will take you to Morley bus station. The airport is about 10 mins away.

Local shop 5min walk has most things and the main shop Coles 5min drive. There's also some good fruit and veg, butcher and seafood shops as well within 5min.
