I am looking for a housemate to share a lovely airconditioned room furnished with a double bed, with mattress included, in a newly renovated 4 bed rooms and 2 toilets house.
The property is situated in Morley, 20' driving to Perth CBD, 10' driving to Perth Airport. There is a bus stop right in front of the house to go to/from Morley (bus route 343). It is of walking distance to Coles, MCQ, Hungry Jacks and KFC.
There are plenty outdoor parking at the front. There is a styled patio at the back with view of a large backyard.

Rental:
- $245/week for single occupancy, all bills included
- at least 6 months lease or long-term
- 3 weeks bond, 1 week rent paid in advance.
- available immediately

I am looking for a nice and tidy tenant who :
- Works full-time with minimal cooking at home, FIFO workers are preferred
- Is quiet, considerate and respectful to others.
- do not smoke, vape, drug nor drink
- do not party nor bringing any friends home without the house owners’ consent.
- must always clean after yourself while using the shared areas ie the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and toilet.
