Rooms are double rooms and tastefully furnished and decorated. Our home is new, modern, split level and decorated nicely. 5 mins walk to local train station and very close to shops. The city is 8 mins away by car or train. Our home is quiet & relaxing, suitable for reading & studying. It can also have a friendly, happy vibe when everyone is enjoying a good conversation & a laugh. There is a courtyard with a gazebo out the back where its nice to sit and read. Most who stay find it hard to say goodbye and leave.

Location is amazing situated on the Inglewood border, near the chic Beaufort street cafe strip, close 5 min walk to ECU University, nearby to a stand-alone Coles supermarket, behind the Mt Lawley Golf course and Terry Tyzack gym and swimming pools, and adjacent to a large reserve for you to have a walk and reflect on life. This homely abode is just less than 5kms to city, and only a 3 minute walk to bus stop. I'm looking to only rent to clean, respectful, considerate, easy going, friendly females whom are professionals or students. I am respectful of personal space but also like to have a chit chat once in awhile. I have a 6 year old son I share custody with my ex so you must love kids! We are 15 minutes to, ECU Mount Lawley and quite a few Education Department Schools, plus easy access to many International English Schools and Central TAFE, Mount Lawley TAFE and Balga TAFE. ECU Joondalup is also easily accessed on 371 Bus to Warwick Train Station and Train to Joondalup ECU Campus. There is undercover parking for one car and space in our driveway for another.
