It is a fairly generously sized, wonderfully clean and low maintenance 4x2 home, located in Morley. The house is fully furnished, except for the last remaining bedrooms that are on offer. The room has a decent sized built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between 2-3 housemates depending on the suitability of the housemates. My home is situated on the rear lot behind another house - so no frontage - meaning no lawns to mow and minimal garden to upkeep! This also means we have a fair bit of privacy. Parking on the driveway and on the street will be available. The house has a small paved, sweet pretty courtyard - great for entertaining. I have a BBQ you are welcome to use and a Webber too. There's a pot-bellied chiminea for a wood fire in the colder months as well. There’s an outdoor fridge, for drinks to go in when entertaining, and a chest freezer for overflow storage. Each section of the house can be closed off, handy if you want some separation from the dining room or lounge room activities. There is ducted, evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, and a gas heater in the lounge room for winter. I don't have a dryer for the laundry, but the washing machine I have is new and available for use by everyone. The outdoor line gets plenty of the breeze and sunshine to dry your clothes quickly. Close to Morley Galleria and bus stops, and a local shopping centre (Woolies/Coles, various fast food joints) are in walking distance too. LGBT friendly cis/trans household. We have a room available in a 3 bedroom share house just 13 minutes (drive) (20min bus) away from Perth CBD. Right beside Beaufort St with Coles just down the road and Morley Galleria 3 minutes away. There's only one car here so we have space for another out the front. Potential flatmates must be LGBT-friendly as a transgender girl and her girlfriend are two of the tenants. Internet is (sadly) not NBN but is unlimited and cost is shared between housemates. The room itself is unfurnished and there's some space around the house for our new housemate. Appliances are provided but if you have your own we can try to figure something out. Everyone buys their own food, we have a second fridge you will share with one other person. We have a gorgeous backyard we've been bringing back from the brink of death since we moved in last year, and a little indoor cat. Air con is in the lounge room, there's a large window in the room advertised and wooden floorboards throughout the house.

Cycling is easy to the city if you prefer to ride. Shops are close by, so is a swimming pool and lots of big green spaces. House rules: Shoes off inside No drugs, smoking or excessive drinking, not a party house! No overnight visitors Be respectful and tidy in the shared areas Contribute to cleaning and tidying up. This price includes access to internet (no excessive use please), and some meals. Breakfast, tea and coffee, and some evening meals included too. The room contains a King Single Bed, with plenty of linen, a standing clothing rack to hang your clothes, a bed side table with a lamp, and a desk and chair to work or study on. The room is light and airy with a security screen on the window so it is safe. My place is only 5km to the city and close to Leederville, Belmont for movies and the Mount Lawley coffee strip, and Inglewood Library for free books! This room would mostly suit a backpacker, or short term traveller up to 6 months. I would prefer you only have a suitcase/backpack in terms of luggage or stuff as there is no space to put anything else! I am also negotiable on the price! Just ask so we can make a compromise :)
