I love this area, its close to EVERYTHING. We are just down the road from Morley Galleria and have easy access to many other shops, also close to the airport and city. Right on a train line, Bayswater Station with free parking, we are also right next to the main highways. You can walk to Bayswater Waves btw.
The house is on a little circle road with a small park in the middle.
I have a room to rent at $275 per week plus bills. Bills include high speed unlimited internet.
You will be sharing with me, female 25yo studying medicine at Notre Dame, I love plants and crafts and happy to chat or give you space, either is fine with me.

I am currently studying full-time and looking for two more people to share the property with me. I have lived in this property for six years with my two indoor cats, I am a 25yo female.
I am hoping for two more single people to move in which will make three persons living in a sizable house on a big block, house is fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a bed or can be unfurnished if you prefer.
