I am looking to sub-let the second room in my beautiful Potts Point apartment until 31 January 2018. The apartment is excellently situated in Potts Point approx 30 minutes walk to the CBD. There is a bus which stops outside the building that goes to Wynyard every 15 mins or so in the morning. The apartment is spacious and well lit. We have a balcony which will be great for evening meals and wine drinking once I procure some outdoor furniture. The room is unfurnished except for a small wardrobe. There are still some items of furniture in the common areas which I am thinking of getting but I am open to any ideas or any pieces you might have. Rent is $330 per week plus bills ($1430 paid monthly). Bond is 4 weeks' rent. Phone, TV and internet is $140. Electricity is paid monthly. There is street parking only. We are eligible for one resident's permit. I am planning on using it for my scooter but I am more likely to get away with not having one if you have a car and need one.
