Really nice, clean and spacious apartment in the beautiful area of Elizabeth Bay. Very secure, peaceful and has some water views and also overlooks some great trees which give the apartment privacy. The side of the apartment where the lounge, study and main bedroom are get plenty of natural light. The space of the apartment is always commented on when people visit. Parquetry floors (fancy wooden floors), High ceilings, Renovated Bathroom, art deco building. The kitchen is big and you can definitely cook up some delicious meals in it. It's more of a large eat in Kitchen and has a dining table too. Massive fridge along with crockery and glassware, pots and pans making it complete. What more could you ask for? The bathroom is renovated and has a large shower. The shower pressure is amazing. The lounge is long and spacious and has very comfy couches and some lovely indoor plants. Large TV and views across the water. Connecting to the lounge is the spacious study. It overlooks the beautiful trees outside the building. There are 2 bedrooms - the Main Bedroom has built-ins, fairly large in size (would fit a king size bed comfortably and more) and has a large window which gets lots of natural light during the day. It overlooks big trees which gives the room some privacy. The other bedroom comfortably fits a queen size bed, draws and a clothes rack. Also has a window. Both of the rooms are separate from each other which gives each room mate some privacy and space. The area of the apartment is awesome! 6mins walk to the train station, bus on the other side of the road and just off Macleay street - where there are awesome restaurants, supermarkets and is the lively street of Potts Point. It's a leafy area, super safe, trendy and very friendly. Short stroll to Rushcutters and if you're up for it, a 20min walk to Paddo.

Firstly you have your own private sun room and a massive balcony space, along with the massive main balcony. There is a rooftop view that beats any view. We have a great house only 300m from Kings Cross Train Station on the quiet side of Brougham Street. It is right near everything, if you work in the city it's only a 15 min walk there. We're right near everything Potts Point and Darlinghurst has to offer - Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. Brougham St itself is very quiet and only a short stroll to Woolloomooloo wharf and the Botanic Gardens. The house even has a small backyard that we use as a garden/ entertainment space and a front patio that we like to have a couple drinks on the weekend.
