Really modern spacious apartment with two balconies in the living room which makes it a really nice space with lots of light. It's a great block that is secure but is not a huge high-rise. It's just next to the water at Woolloomooloo wharf but only 5-10mins walk to the CBD so no travel costs and a lovely walk across the domain in the morning.
