I’m renting out my apartment for a short-term stay while I’m away on holiday. The place will be available for up to 6 weeks, with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Ovolo Hotel precinct in Woolloomooloo, right next to everything you need – cafes, restaurants, transport, and the waterfront. It’s a very peaceful and secure area with 24-hour security and fantastic restaurants just downstairs on the deck.

Two-level apartment

Upstairs: bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large wardrobe/closet space

Downstairs: spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, lounge room, and an extra toilet

Plenty of storage, including a great shoe storage area near the entry

Fully furnished and very comfortable

Electricity (due to air conditioning usage, this will need to be covered by the tenant)

This home is ideal for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing who needs a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay for a few weeks.
